"Our house is over 120 years old. We hired Allstate Exteriors to replace our roof and reinforce the structure of the roof where there were some weaknesses. Over most of the house, Allstate replaced the shingles with a metal roof. A portion of the roof is flat and Allstate replaced the deteriorating rubber with an improved covering. The roof on the front porch was sagging, so Allstate deconstructed the roof and then rebuilt the roof with proper LVL beams to prevent sagging in the future.
