Integrity Roofing, came out and did an evaluation and gave us a quote for a roof replacement and a written estimate and they were able to come out and have it done on the same day , had the best price out of five different roofers. Excellent experience.

Excellent! Shane came over to inspect the roof and a leak above the garage. He was able to detect the source of the leak and it really boiled down to the roof needing to be replaced in the next year or so. We opted to replace the roof, replace one gutter, and install leaf guards on all of the gutters. We were able to get the choice of shingles we wanted. Shane was knowledgeable and responsive. We had one delay because of rain but the roofing crew came out two days later and did the whole roof in one day! Those guys were hard workers and they did a terrific job minimizing the impact on flower beds, etc. They also did a great job cleaning up afterwards - I have yet to find a single nail in the grass or flower beds around the house. The gutter crew came out soon after - between rain showers - and completed the gutter work quickly and well. All in all the project went seamlessly and we are very pleased. I would not hesitate to hire them again.

I have a large roof and they got the job done in one and a half days. Shane was very nice, was out there both days, and kept me informed of the progress. The crew was very polite and made sure the job was done the way I wanted it. my roof looks so much better than the original roof. I liked the selection available. I would definitely use them again and I wish they did more than roofing-related services.

Listen. i bought this house and it has a rubber roof. Why the **** there is a rubber roof on it? the heck if i know. In 3 three years it started being an issue with animals running across it and acorn dropping and making holes in it. it was becoming an issue I did not want to deal with. I called all the top roofing places and they told me that I could not put a regular roof on it. Shane told me to call his mom at Integrity she came out fixed the issue and assured me that we could put a regular shingled roof on it. Time passed and Shane came out and gave us an estimate. I previously had a ranch style 1100 square foot home in groveport. that roof cost me $25,000. My current home in Olde Orchard is almost 3xs the size of my former groveport home and the cost for this roof was less than half. So yes we jumped on it. the crew came out and did their thing. my house looks 100% better.

I wrote a review earlier and graded them an "F". I called them out to look at a leaky roof. I was told that it just needed caulked. Relieved to pay $400 and move on I was excited. Then it snowed and thawed and rained and I had a leak again. I called and called and no call backs. I wrote my review and the president (Steve?) contacted me and apologized profusely. He refunded my money. I still have a roof issue, but at least I was refunded and they tried to make it good.

Our roof replacement went very well. Shane Matheny was great to work with. He was always on time for our appointments. The price was fair and lower than the other 2 bids I obtained. After I signed the proposal, the work was scheduled and completed within a few weeks. They completed my roof in one day and did a great job cleaning up the job site. I would certainly use them again and recommend them to others.

It was a pleasure to work with Integrity for our re-roof. They were professional in providing an estimate, which was spot on. The crew was also efficient and professional in getting the old roof off and the new roof on, replacing the flashing and the boots for the chimney and stacks.They paid close attention to all the details. We have since had a rain storm and the recent high winds with no concerns. The crew was super about cleaning up after as well and Shane our salesman who also walked the property the following day with a magnet to pick up any remaining nails. Perfectly!!! I called Steve, explained the problem (leak in main roof, back), and a roofer came out that very day to repair! Steve was very knowledgeable and personable about the roof. Plus, the invoice explained exactly what the problem was, what repair was done, and this repair is sure to last. The invoice was also very reasonable! I deeply appreciate both this company's expertise and responsiveness, as we had a heavy storm just a few days after the repair. I am happy to have found them and would recommend without reservation.

Price was consistent with other quotes. Scheduling and work were timely. The crew was on site and completed in about 6 hours. Work was done with a permit and to code. Freeze edges, new aluminum roof edging, synthetic underlay, interwoven valleys, and ventilated shingle caps. Would hire again.

I have a flat rubber roof. The person who first installed the roof had retired and moved out of state. Years later I called him when I needed my roof looked at and he recommended Integrity Roof. I have used them several times. I feel so fortunate to have found a company that I trust. They are prompt and always explain what they had to do. This time there was a small hole that needed repaired. The job was completed and I am always reassured to call if ever any other problems.

We were completely satisfied with the work and employees from Integrity. Integrity was the 3rd company out at our house to assess how water was getting in after heavy rains. They were the only company to figure out and solve the problem. Other companies wanted to put a completely new roof on when ultimately, that would not have solved the problem. Integrity followed up after the next heavy rain to see if what they had repaired actually worked.

Fixed Perfectly! We had three other roofing companies that were unable to find the source of a leak that water was pouring into our living room. Integrity and Tiffany came highly recommended. Tiffany was quick and knew what she was doing. Found the leak and a crew fixed it in a few days. The two guys who came (Derek and Gavin) were meticulous, worked fast, hard, and did a superb job. They cleaned up after themselves. I was so impressed with them. They worked around my 4 sets of rain barrels also, which was not easy for them, and they connected everything up beautifully and patched up a place where critters were getting into our attic. Integrity Roofing lived up to it's name. Steve, the president of the company, visited our job site several times to talk to us and inspect the work being done. His crew showed up on time and worked very hard to complete the job in one day before it rained. They also cleaned up very well after the work was done.
