He had a tiny bit of trouble being at our house when he thought he would be over the 3 days it took to do the job due to his heavy work load. "I hired Prime to clean my former home after I moved out and to clean my new home. They did everything. Floors, trim, doors, lights, inside/outside of appliances, bathrooms, etc. They were wonderful. My appliances look brand new (cooktop in pic had many scuffs before they cleaned it). Everything sparkles!"

"The company responded to my request for service within a few hours of submitting it. I noticed there were other reviews where there were complaints of unresponsiveness. I think the C&A web site may have something to do with that (not forwarding email inquiries as it should). I made C&A aware of the issue so that the web site provider can look into the issue.
The cleaning crew of two showed up on time. They even sent a text message to let me know they were on their way. The team was very courteous and professional. Most importantly - they did a very good job of cleaning the house. They had their work cut out, too. We just had new tile flooring put in and there was dust everywhere. The attention to detail was very good: The baseboards and wood trim were wiped down and dusted, ceiling fans were cleaned, they swept behind furniture (where they could without moving the heavy furniture), etc.
Bottom line: Was the service worth the price paid? YES. Would I hire them again? YES.
