Great! Joi has been cleaning my house for over 2 years now. She is wonderful and does a terrific job cleaning. Often,my house is a COMPLETE mess. An 8 year old, a 6 year old and a dog combined with both of us working full time makes for quite a mess some weeks. Joi is so patient with us and never takes issue with the mess...if I say something about it (for instance to apologize!) she just says "don't worry. that;s what you have me for." As a working mom, this means so much! She is also flexible about cleaning days. For instance, if one o fhte kids is sick, Joi is great about rescheduling for as soon as she can do within the week. I have her come every other week but wish I could afford every week as it is so lovely and tidy and clean when she has been here. Note: Joi usually takes August off to clean dorms at Ohio State, so you know enough in advance to figure out plan b for that month. Also she is trained as an internal decorator so if you want your place to be organized and arranged she can do that service too.

She was very nice and did a good job. She contacted me right away and explained that the $80. I had paid through the Angie's List Big Deal may not cover the time this job would take and that she would be able to give me an exact price when she arrived. Upon her arrival she walked through the townhouse and wrote up a bid for the job which was $40. more than The Big Deal price. I told her to go ahead with the work and I would pay the extra $40.
I then became a bit uncomfortable because she talked to me about the fact that she was not getting enough business from Angie's List and she was intending to leave it. She gave me her card and asked that I contact her directly in the future.

Unbelievable!!! So pleased and so happy. This company was extremely professional!! Prompt and courteous. They arrived and went right to work. They had a plan of action already formulated and began right away. They worked tirelessly until the entire job was complete.
They cleaned every single inch extremely detailed and absolutely perfectly. It is notable that this was our first interaction with them and they WILL be hired again. As a Realtor, you rarely find that true gem and these ladies were all that and so much more!!!
If you have a project that is within the realm of any of their services, I would recommend them highly and without reservation!!!
FYI, they cleaned MY house which is going on the market. They will be cleaning every one of my clients houses going forward!

Joi and crew have been cleaning my home on a weekly and bi-weekly schedule for about 3 years. I am overall satisfied with the service. Joi the owner is very thorough. She is careful to make sure her employee's work meets her standards. She also is willing and able to break from the routine cleaning to do extra things like cleaning kitchen drawers or the refrigerator. About twice a year or if I am entertaining they will do a more thorough cleaning that includes things like sweeping out my fireplaces and wiping down all woodwork. Sistaz would get all A's but there is more frequent turnover of her employees than I would like although that may be the nature of the business. Price is probably high but I think this is a more personal service than most "maid" services. My house is large and very old with high ceilings so it is time consuming to clean.

Joi and her crew do a great job cleaning the house. All of our mess from one dog and two young children doesn't daunt them! They are responsive and thorough and a delight to work with. Joi is also certified as a decorator so you can have her do some redecorating too if you need. I wold recommend their services to anyone!

I've used several housecleaning companies in the past and they are by far the best. The cleaners have a great work ethic, they're fast and thorough, and they're very trustworthy.

Joy is very professional and is very versatile. Her creative ability allows her to be flexible with small to large budgets. In the process she also helped me to be more organized! It has been a little over a year and we still get request from our neighbors to see the beautiful work that Joy did in our home.

First, Sistaz-n-action cleans my home meticulously every time! I'm extremely satisfied with their cleaning services. However. my primary reason for writing this review is to give them a 2-thumb's up for the redecorating work Joi did to my home!! With a very limited budget and by repurposing items I already own Joi took me from unfinished, dated and blah to OMG BLAM!...BLAMBLAM! Seriously though, I had a vision of what I wanted and was trying to achieve and Joi hit the nail on the head every time. Everything from paint colors to pillows and accessories to window coverings was my vision, not hers, and it was perfect. I hope this isn't a trade secret but I loved coming home to doors that were closed, indicating some decorating wonderfulness had happened on the other side! Great job Sistaz-n-action. I would definitely recommend Joi...for cleaning AND redecorating.

The team arrived on time an immediately started cleaning. Each had a specific task that they began without any hesitation. they finished promptly. They were courteous and pleasant. They also very carful in how the treated my property.

Joi is fantastic. She has been cleaning for us for the last four years and does a truly exceptional job. I am not an easy customer. I have very high standards and I'm picky about what chemicals are used in my home. Prior to finding Joi, I tried quite a few cleaners that I was not satisfied with (even those with high Angie's List ratings) but was unimpressed with either the attention to detail or the strong chemical smells I came home to, etc. Joi has very high standards herself, is extremely personable, and treats our home with the utmost respect. She has been very flexible with me in terms of finding non-toxic cleaning products that do not leave behind odors while also still do a great job cleaning and disinfecting. Throughout that process, I have always appreciated her flexibility and desire to only use products that she believed did a good job with these things. She is friendly, professional, reliable, flexible, and does a great job.

Joi does an outstanding job. It's always nice to come home to a clean house. The work is done quickly and professionally. She is very good to our dogs, who love it when she comes (she knows where the treat jar is!). We have worked with her for many years and she has always done a terrific job. I called Joi on the Saturday of Labor Day weekend to do a last minute cleaning of my home prior to tenants scheduled to arrive 4 days later. She cleaned the home on Labor Day and I couldn't have been happier with the quality of the job her team did. My realtor remarked our 6 year-old home had a "new house smell".

Joi came out and did an initial cleaning and then came out every 3 weeks. She did a good job the first few times and then we started having problems. See, they don't always use their own products. They tell you they don't use your windex or pledge, but, for some reason I had 3 bottles of windex come up missing when they were cleaning my house. I didn't care, but, she always said they never got in my cabinets...she always stressed that. I never left the stuff out, so, I'm not sure how it kept coming up missing? (They got in the cabinets.)
Then, once spring hit and it started to get nice outside, well...you could tell they wanted to get off work cause some rooms didn't even get vacuumed. I didn't use those rooms a lot, so, they weren't really dirty or anything, but, come on...at least vacuum.
There were the minor broken items, which didn't bother me until it was my Dyson (which was under 6 months old at the time). My husband was able to take it apart and fix it. But, the thing that bothered me was that they put it away without letting me know there was something wrong with it. So, I found out about this issue when it was my turn to use it.
They also did other weird things like...leave the trash cans on my countertops.
All in all, they were okay, but, since I have used a different cleaning company found here on Angies List...the other cleaning company blows them away..the initial cleaning for the new company was fabulous! (And, they charge the same price.)

Joi was wonderful! She came over the day I called her to take a walk through with me and give me an estimate. She took note of my "problem" clutter areas and suggested ideas for organization which were very helpful. She explained to me how she approaches the job and the cleaning supplies she would use to make sure they were going to be okay. She came back only two days later and by the end of the day my house looked wonderful! She brought two helpers who worked on organizing my closets and then assisted in the cleaning. She was so nice and did such a great job, I would definitely recommend her to anyone.
