Service was amazing. I had 2 visits when picking my flooring because I was a little picky but they still made it out during the bad weather. Had a small issue with getting the materials as early as I wanted which pushed it back a day but they handled it perfectly. I just wanted it done as soon as possible. Installer was on site and worked the entire time. I definitely recommend them and will be using them again when I replace the rest of my carpet in the house. Thank you for your hard work.

Keith and the entire Kustom Floors staff did a great job. Professional, patient, and very good at what they do. I have other flooring projects and will rehire them. If you are looking to have flooring done, you'd be wise to contact them.

Pleasant experience with Kustom Floors. They were able to work within a shorter timeline than was original quoted which was greatly appreciated. Friendly visit during initial measurement and they brought a substantial amount of sample carpeting to choose from. They had 3 installers onsite for the actual install. Removed previous padding and carpet. First time homebuyer dealing with a carpet install and they made it a smooth process.

If you don't mind people coming to your' home with an attitude about having to remove their shoes, doing terrible trim cuts, dragging teenagers that touch everything, slam your' doors, keep material that you purchased, & NEVER COMMUNICATE w/ each other much less the customer.....then this is your' lucky day!

I was lucky to find Kustom Floors, I contacted them and got the owner on the phone. I stated to him I had a situation and needed help quickly, my basement had flooded and I needed someone to install new carpet for my wife and I. He promptly stop by the house the same day brought samples and took measurements, mr bitters then scheduled me in and told me once I was ready or if I needed more time he could make adjustments. We they came through and it was the nicest carpet installation I have seen yet, me and my wife was very pleased and will always call Kustom floors for our flooring installation from now on. The price was right and the work was quality. The crew and owner even wore mask to protect us from the pandemic, I thought that was major. Great job guys and keep up the good work. God Bless you all. Their customer service is absolutely fantastic. Friendly and responsive. The price was much better than we were expecting. The installation was fine, though there were a few minorInconsistencies in the installation quality. I didn’t feel they were necessary to address, but the company did immediately call after installation to ask if I was happy with everything, so I said yes. Overall, we were very happy.

Keith Parsons came out and gave me several options and left samples for me to look at. He also gave me a reasonable quote and brought a team of four people to rip out old carpet and padding, moved furniture and did an outstanding job installing my new carpet!. Keith is the owner and did some of the work and inspected work the entire way. His attention to detail was excellent!

Keith and his team were extremely friendly and professional got my issue taken care of quickly and they were by far the cheapest estimate I received. If I need any flooring issue taken care of in the future Kustom Floors will be my first call. Highly recommended.

Keith and his crew were professional, clean, nice, reasonable, and did great work. We had a flood in our basement and when we were at our lowest, they came through and installed new floors and carpeting in a timely fashion and better than it looked before.
