Services we offer
Initial Cleans typically take twice as long as Standard Service. The reason that is because we are deep cleaning all areas of the home. Which all include washing wood work, sanitizing bathrooms/ kitchen, detailing appliances and fixtures. Also, we find it important to move furniture and to vacuum under upholstery and tight spaces. Once the home is up to standard conditions, price/labor hours will adjust accordingly. We charge $30- 35/ HR depending on request., To guarantee customer satisfaction we vouch to return free of charge to fix what needs to be corrected.
