"I tried to email company this week to arrange for less treatment areas and "pollinator areas". But the company sent a truck out to hurry in a treatment and are demanding I pay for a totally unauthorized service. Tyler Toole and Mark Toole talked to me like I was a handmaid. I'm a single disabled middle aged woman. In all my years of business and properties I have never seen an established company bully a customer for not spending enough $ and forcing services. It is woefully unethical."

I covered one side of the closet clothing with plastic. I received a call from that tech indicating that he was done but that the plastic came off and he didn't want to come down until the clothes were covered again. Very considerate and customer focused. "Try other places. After 3 treatments for the bedbug we were good for 2 months. Then the bugs are back. Called back in. The lady answered the phone said they don’t have any warranty for bedbug treatment. She also mentioned if they do, they cannot make any money. Then after she talked to her husband and called me back saying they only have 30 days warranty and there is a charge for any treatment after that. Well, even if you spray by yourself you got like 30 days of grace period. Why bother use their service? They are cheaper but you have no guarantees. Try other places or just spray by yourself."

"We signed up for TruGreen in the Cincinnati area to come service our lawn and spray for mosquitos. They had a tech come 3 times and lie about servicing our lawn. My wife caught them through the window pulling up to the house, walking to the front yard to put a sign up, and then again to the back before just getting back in the car and leaving and marking us as “completed service”. This caused us to look back at the other two services and sure enough, same thing. They were charging us hundreds of dollars to put a sign in our front yard. Naturally, I called to speak to a manager to cancel service and he convinced us to stay under the promise that they would redo the services free of charge, and even threw in a few extras to keep us as customers. The very next time they serviced us, they double charged us. I called them to discuss the double charge and remind them of the deal we had made, and they said “No such deal was ever made” and then refused to give us our money back. This company stole from us in every sense of the word, and have been very untrustworthy every step of the way. I have never witnessed anything more unethical and slimy in my entire life. Save yourself a headache and save your cash, and look somewhere else."
