"After reviewing your customer history - I would like to address your complaint. On July 27, 2015 I received an email from you following up on a phone call from our spray technician. Our technician had contacted you to make you aware that your back hill had weeds and asking if you wanted us to start treating the area. It was at that time we found out that part of the yard should have been included with the application. We issued a credit to your account and started treating that part of the yard with each application thereafter. On September 20, 2016 at 4:03 pm you called in to say that you would be mailing payment for your August 1, 2016 application. You spoke to our customer service with concerns about weeds in the lawn. A service call was written up for us to treat the weeds. We told you that we would be out in a few days to treat the lawn and would address the weeds while we were at your property. On September 26, 2016 at 10:20 am we treated your lawn. You called our office at 2:39 pm the same day stating you wanted to cancel service. You stated you were not happy with our service and that we had treated your lawn in the rain. Our customer service department asked you to allow us to come back and retreat the lawn and follow up with you. Both our technician and manager contacted you and said that we would return to treat your lawn and address your concerns. You told them that you did not want us to return and to cancel the service. "SERVICE WAS NOT CANCELLED UNTIL AFTER THE APPLICATION WAS APPLIED." "NO PREVIOUS CALLS HAD BEEN MADE TO BEFORE SEPTEMBER 20TH ABOUT NOT BEING HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE." Your review states that you caught us red-handed treating only part of your lawn which is not true. It was a human error that we promptly rectified. We tried to address your issues and you would not allow us to return to the property. You are correct in only one manner. I did threaten to send you account to collections. You returned a call from me to resolve the issues with the past due balance and was very rude. You called our employees incompetent, amateurs and crooked to the core. We take great pride in our service and made all attempts to make you a satisfied customer. It was not until we attempted to collect for services rendered that you became so hostile. I am sorry that we could not work things out between us. Sincerely, Sandy Toole Owner "SUCCESS IS MEASURED BY SATISIFED CUSTOMER""
I will continue to use Nature's Way for now, but if the quality continues to decline, I will have to start weighing options.
Last summer we moved into a home where the yard and mulched beds had not been maintained for a long time. We first looked at the house in the early spring and foliage had not started to emerge. By the time we closed on the house and moved in, the yard had more clover than grass and thistle had completely taken over the mulched beds. The thistle was 4 feet tall and dense, especially in and around the few bushes which were only 2 feet tall.
We were still trying to get the last of our belongings moved when fines from the neighborhood association started arriving. "WELCOME TO THE NEIGHBORHOOD"
We did a quick search for local landscape companies and Nature's Way was not the cheapest, but seemed to have good reviews. We saw their trucks in the neighborhood at two other homes and so we gave them a try.
The clover was gone after just 1 treatment. They cleaned out the mulched bed and dug up several bushes all for around $150, pretty reasonable. When the thistle came back and we were fined again by the neighborhood association, we called Nature's Way and they retreated for the thistle for free. They even followed up with a phone call to make sure it was under control.
