Chris did great job. He and his son came three times to totally resolve the issue. He is very patient and professional.

Vince knew what to do and was confident the issue would be resolved. He told me if for some reason it wasn't to my satisfaction he would come back. He never needed to return for this issue because it was resolved 100% with one visit!

We moved into our current home, and even though there wasn't a pest problem, I purchased a coupon for quarterly pest control to prevent any potential problem.  Tom was the tech who came to our house, and I was VERY pleased with his work.  Not only did he take his time as he worked his way throughout the house, he was very informative every step of the way.  He seemed to go above and beyond former pest control contractors we have used in previous homes.  Since the initial call, I have contacted Tom twice over the next 3 months when I saw ants in my kitchen, and he responded very promptly and came out the same day to address the problem. I would highly recommend them.

DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY IF YOU HAVE ANIMALS IN A CHIMNEY!

As we found out, if the company you hire is not willing to climb and inspect, then you won't know if you have them all. Vince was not willing to do this.

Trapping, at $50 per animal caught, is quickly expensive when you're right next door to Mt. Airy Forest.
He trapped two raccoons. We bought a trap and trapped three more. The trap has been empty since.

When the chimney cap people came yesterday, they said there was still "one set of eyes" looking up the flue so they wouldn't install the cap.

We are at a loss on what to do next.

His flea spray did seems to be effective.
That problem was solved. For now.

I spent $300 on that work.  That interaction was excellent.  They were responsive and were easy to schedule.  They came and went in no time at all.  I have not seen any insects after that.  They were very professional and personable. 

I am very pleased with his service. He comes when he says he will, he is thorough and very tidy.  He cleans up after himself well. I've had no signs of reoccurrence of the termites since he's been working for me.

He was really helpful. His pricing was reasonable. He was able to come over the day we called.

He came when he said he would. He did the extermination, then came back the next week for a follow up extermination. I was getting lot of wood shavings on my car in the garage before he came out. Also, we were getting attacked by the males outside the garage constantly. So far so good, they appear to be gone. Good job Vince.

They are responsive and professional. He returns calls and comes promptly. He does everything he says he will do and most importantly traps the raccoons humanely. We have a place under an addition to our house that raccoons adore.

My initial call was returned the same day, and an appointment was scheduled within a week. Vince was both professional and friendly, and the work was done to my satisfaction.

Since I had someone else who tried to catch the raccoon with a cage on my roof, I was delighted with the success Mr. Lutz had by putting the trap in my attic. He was on time both times that he came. He is very thorough as he put the trap back in the attic to make sure there are no other "critters" up there. He is very polite and, I think, reasonably priced.

I left a message for Vince Lutz the owner, who called me back that afternoon. Vince quoted me a fee for initial set up of the live traps and a fee per raccoon caught. His pricing was very competitive compared to another company I received a quote from. He was able to schedule bringing the traps to our house within 2 days of our discussion. Vince trapped raccoons for us over several weeks. He gave us his cell phone number to call him and leave a message whenever there was a trapped raccoon. Whenever we had a trapped raccoon, I would call him right away in the morning and he would be out the same day to remove the animal and take it away.

MR. LUTZ WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COMPLETED THE JOB TO MY SATISFACTION. I WILL HIRE HIM AGAIN IF THE NEED ARISES.

I LEFT A MESSAGE FOR VINCE, THE OWNER, AND HE CALLED BACK PROMPTLY. HE GAVE ME AN APPROX. QUOTE ON THE PHONE AND CAME OUT TO GIVE AN ACTUAL FREE QUOTE. HE WAS ABLE TO SCHEDULE THE WORK THE FOLLOWING WEEK DUE TO THE HOLIDAY AND BOOKED SCHEDULE. HE DID EVERYTHING I ASK AND OFFERED SUGGESTIONS. HIS PRICING IS VERY COMPETITIVE. COMPARED TO ANOTHER COMPANY THAT CHARGED ME A $100 QUOTE FEE AND $1800 ESTIMATE TO DO THE WORK , PLUS A LOT OF EXTRA STUFF. VINCE SAVED ME A BUNDLE AND NOW I AM USING HIM FOR MY REGULAR QUARTERLY PEST SERVICE. I WOULD HAVE NEVER USED ALL PEST CONTROL WITHOUT THIS SERVICE. HE HAS A VERY SMALL BUSINESS AND I AM USED TO CALLING ON BUSINESSES THAT HAVE A LARGE AD IN THE PHONE BOOK. GIVE THIS BUSINESS A CHANCE: YOU WILL GET WHAT YOU WANT AT THE PRICE YOU WANT TO PAY. VINCE WILL WORK WITH YOU AS FAR AS TIME. I GAVE HIM MY CELL PHONE AND HE CALLED ME TO TELL ME WHEN HE WAS ON HIS WAY TO MY HOME SO I WOULDN'T HAVE TO WAIT DURING A PERIOD OF TIME, LIKE OTHER COMPANIES.

MR. LUTZ IS VERY PERSONABLE, KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND A VERY PLEASANT GENTLEMAN. HE IS VERY BUSY WITH HIS BUSINESS, AND MIGHT NOT CALL YOU BACK RIGHT AWAY, BUT THAT'S PROBABLY BECAUSE HE IS IN SUCH DEMAND. WORTH THE WAIT OF THE PHONE CALL!

HE WAS VERY NICE AND WAS HERE FOR A LONG WHILE. PRICE WAS REASONABLE.

VINCE LUTZ WAS VERY HELPFUL IN ANALYZING WHERE ANIMALS WERE HIDING AND ENTERING. HE LEFT THE TRAP AS LONG AS IT TOOK TO MAKE A CAPTURE, AND THEN RETURNED IT FOR MORE TRAPPING WHICH YIELDED NO RESULTS. SO THE JOB WAS DONE, AND WELL DONE. BOTH OUR CATS TESTED THE TRAP AND WOULD NOT GO NEAR IT AGAIN. A NEIGHBORHOOD CAT SPENT A NIGHT IN THE TRAP AND HASN'T RETURNED. HE MADE RECOMMENDATIONS FOR CLOSING OFF OPENINGS TO UNDER PORCHES AND GARAGE TO DISCOURAGE FURTHER PEST HABITATION.

WE HAD AN UNKNOWN ANIMAL BURROWING UNDER OUR FRONT PORCH, AND WE WERE CONCERNED ABOUT LETTING OUR DOG GO OUTSIDE. VINCE LUTZ (THE OWNER) WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE, PROFESSIONAL AND TIMELY IN HIS RESPONSE. I FELT HIS PRICES WERE FAIR AND WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH HIS WORK.
