Good, Jake was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He found squirrels in my attic, trapped and removed them, and sealed up the entrance where they came in so I don't have to worry about more of them making a home up there. Plus his seal up work comes with a lifetime warranty :) highly recommend if you want the critters gone and the work done right the 1st time!
