Orkin Pest Control

I was told they were on their way for multiple days and have yet to see them. This is unprofessional and unacceptable. Even the management lies to customers. I will never work with or refer Orkin to anyone.

Spoke with a unprofessional rep My appointment was scheduled for 12-2 and no one showed called to verify the appointment the rep was as rude as a s*** the exterminator called back to tell me I wasn’t out in the schedule after receiving the appointment text several times a day for no one to show due to the lack of customer service I will take my money elsewhere I remember it use to be a time where Orkin would pride themselves on Excellent Customer Service not at the Cincinnati branch

I don't have them for termites. We haven't seen any bugs. We've had them for a year and the cost just went up 20% - 30%. They come quarterly. They call the day before and say they're coming. They've been very nice.

They came out for termite control. They did a half job and he refused to look underneath the porch to check for termites. He literally spent five minutes in my house. I have used them for a long time and this has been the history since I have been with them. They do not take customer complaint seriously and they were supposed to show for another appointment on 3/30/17 and they still have not showed. They are now 40 minutes late. I will not recommend this company.

They took care of the problem. They keep coming back to check on it. They come 2 times a year just to make sure everything is fine.

I really appreciated it. I didn't think Orkin Pest Control would do moles. I looked on the internet for how to get rid of moles. They had a treatment in the fall and it was very effective. People even asked me how I got rid of my moles and I told them Orkin did it. So, that was really differential I thought. They don't advertise for mole service, but the guy came out, saw mole activity in my lawn and he treated it, for extra fee of course, but I thought that was pretty differential. I was very impressed. I was happy with the pricing too, knowing the materials that they used and the time that they spent. If I had a problem, they would come out right away. It was on time. The professionalism is very high, I really like the guys. A relationship is built and I'm very happy with the service and I get bug treatment around here. I would recommend them to others.

They come in every two months. It's another company that I like. I've been using them for years.

We had Orkin come and clear out Ants and possible Carpenter Ants about a decade ago and are starting to see them again. The last experience went well, they responded immediately and the Ants were gone quickly and stayed away all these years. The thing I liked and remembered most was they used safe products that did not harm our pets or us, more important now more than ever as my doctors think my Parkinson's dx may be related or affected by toxins. I called just now and they are coming this afternoon to do the clear out, and as before will treat for another year. They are using Safe Chemicals to make sure our family is not harmed, I like that! Sooo.. I will keep you all posted, I expect the same great service as before, the first call was quickly answered and the Gentleman was very nice!

It was all very pleasant. The man that came to do the assessment was very professional and personable. The crew was courteous and very professional in every way.

The technician came back several times and I was not charged extra. I thought I would be charged more, but I was not.

Mike was excellent, cleaned up all the debri, always called before he came and was very nice.  I felt like he took his time and did some extra work for me.

He set some traps and also did some spraying for ants. The next morning after laying traps, we saw the caught mice.  The technician was warm and courteous. He was also very prompt. The tech was a very nice person all around.

The service has been very good. I got competitive bids and have found them to be the most inexpensive. I've used them for years. The service you get may depend on your service technician, as they're responsible for his/her customers.

I think they are a bit expensive.  We spend about 500 dollars a year.  Their service is good.  I will not continue to use them again in the future.  I am searching around for someone else.

We have been using them for ten years. We like their service and we never see any bugs. The price is getting a little expensive. If I see any bugs in between service visits, they will come out. We will continue to use them in the future.

I was extremely pleased with them.  I have used them for about seven years and the service has been good.  They were very prompt and professional.  They took care of my pest problem.  They did what I wanted them to do; they listened to me.
