Try other places. After 3 treatments for the bedbug we were good for 2 months. Then the bugs are back. Called back in. The lady answered the phone said they don’t have any warranty for bedbug treatment. She also mentioned if they do, they cannot make any money. Then after she talked to her husband and called me back saying they only have 30 days warranty and there is a charge for any treatment after that. Well, even if you spray by yourself you got like 30 days of grace period. Why bother use their service? They are cheaper but you have no guarantees. Try other places or just spray by yourself.

He called within 30 seconds of me submitting and came out the same day to give me a quote. His quote was half of what a bigger company quoted. He came out the next week and sprayed and gave me good information on what was done and what to expect. They were on time and 100% on everything. I would absolutely recommend them!

He did a good job at a fair price and was professional and timely.

Submitted request on Angie List and within 30 minutes received phone call. 2 hours later a rep arrived to review the problem. The next day, a technician arrived and removed the bee hive. By that evening there were no further signs of the bees. I captured the removal on video and it appeared the technician could have been in trouble for a brief time as the bees swarmed him. Luckily he was ok with only a couple of bee stings. He was wearing the proper protective gear but these bees were extremely aggressive.

I had Select Pest control inspect for termites at a house I was considering purchasing. The home owner was not very accommodating to the inspection, leading to the inspector originally creating an incomplete report. Select Pest Control went ABOVE and BEYOND for me when termites were found later. They were so responsive, accommodating, understanding and professional. Putting the customer first goes a long way with me, and they've gained my trust. I am so impressed, and will definitely be using them in the future!

Great - hired for every 3 months.

I hired Select Pest Control in December 2016 to take care of a problem I was having with squirrels in the attic crawl space over my garage. The servicer came out on Friday, 12/2, and did not go in to the attic crawl space, instead set a trap on the roof. The bait fell out late on Saturday 12/3. I called first thing Monday morning, 12/5, and no one ever came out to rest the trap. I was out of town between the night of 12/5 and the night of 12/7, and during that time, the trap fell off the roof. I called first thing on Friday, 12/9, to confirm the servicer was coming out that day, as per our agreement, and to request the trap be put in the crawl space/attic, where I continued to hear squirrels. I was told the servicer would be out that day; he was not. I emailed the company that night around 5pm, and did not hear anything until Monday, 12/12. The servicer called and left a voicemail saying he had planned on coming out that day, but didn't have the right ladder and would be out the next day, Tuesday, 12/13. He didn't show up, and I emailed the company again on 12/14. A servicer finally did come out on 12/15. Regular weekly visits happened through 12/30. When the servicer arrived on the 30th, he saw a squirrel was in the attic. Within ten minute's of his leaving, the squirrel was caught. I called him, and he said he'd try to come out that afternoon or send someone the next day, 12/31. No one showed up until 01/04/17, days after the animal expired, and after I had sent an email to the boss. Service continued, on a weekly basis, through 02/07 when two animals were trapped in one cage. I was told by the servicer that they didn't have a cage to replace mine with, and would be out the next day. I never heard back from the company until yesterday, 05/03/17 asking when they could pick up the cage that they had left. I had explained to them that a cage was never brought back after the visit in February, but I had since had the roof of my house replaced, thus fixing the problem with wildlife in the attic crawl space. Today, 05/04, I received an invoice for $45 for the animal removal on 02/07, which I paid without complaint, happy to close this chapter of my life. Select Pest Control did provide a service, which is why I have given a two star review, as opposed to a one star review. While they did provide this service, it was not without much baby sitting, emails and phone calls on my part. I would not recommend.

No termites were found, the service was affordable and performed on short notice. They were responsive to phone calls and prompt in providing documentation of the findings.

Note: other one time services we have had with the company were fine (service on a rental house + inspections) but this issue comes in when there is an ongoing service warranty.
We chose the company to perform termite treatement as part of a purchase contract (we were purchasing the house and the seller paid for the treatment prior to closing). There is a 1 year warranty that came with the initial contract and the terms were that I (as the buyer) could extend the warranty at a cost of $100 per year. After doing some gardening work in June we saw evidence of termites in the yard and called the company to come out and do an inspection. They confirmed the inspection was at no charge and was included with the warranty. A few months later we get a bill in the mail indicating our account is past due so I call and again reconfirm there was no charge for work done in June. The lady confirmed the bill was not for the service but payment for the next year's warranty if I wanted it to continue. Today I received a and quot;Final Noticeand quot; indicating they are going to take action if I don't pay the amount for the termite renewal.
My wife almost paid the bill as it came across as past due and we had to urgently pay it or else... Honestly if it were clearly portrayed as optional on the bills I probably would have paid the next year's warranty and continued business with the company. However, I correlate the innacuracy of the billing as pressure to renew or a potential issue with the company's recordkeeping.

They were the only company that answered their phone on a Saturday and promised to provide service THAT DAY. All others wanted to quote and wait, or schedule a quote for later in the WEEK.
Josh, who was the technician, drove over 50 miles to be sure we got service for our wasp nest that day, as they had chewed through the drywall and were now in the house. Josh arrived within 2 hours of our call for help, reviewed the situation and took immediate action. He was very helpful and professional. He gave us lots of tips to monitor the situation and they would be back later in the week to make sure the nest is completely dead.

They set up the traps. What they put in the trap did nothing to get the raccoons. We put a can of tuna in the traps and we caught them. They didn't come til the next day to get the raccoons, one of which was a baby. They never checked the traps and said we were suppose to check them and call daily. If we didn't call they would charge us to come check the trap. If this were to happen again I would call another company.

The dog did not alert on any areas and the extremely thorough visual inspection by the handler did not find any live infestation.
Select Pest Control notified me at the time I made the appointment, not to have any pets in the apartments to be inspected. I complied and had the one tenant, that had a cat, remove it for the inspection.

The technician arrived on time and he called in advance to let me know the exact time he would arrive within my appointment window. I was somewhat disappointed that he arrived in a beautifully signed vehicle; alerting the entire neighborhood to the fact that my building may be infested with bed bugs. A plain, nondescript vehicle would have been preferred.
The dog and handler started the inspection immediately and it was going very well until we got to the apartment where the cat lived. The dog then became distracted by the scent of the cat and made it difficult for the handler to keep the dog on task. The handler seemed to step up his efforts to compensate for the dog's distraction resulting in an extremely thorough visual inspection of the apartment. My problem was that this was the apartment that I wanted the most help from the dog to find hidden infestations.
I felt like I got an excellent inspection by the handler and a marginalized inspection by the dog due to the cat scent distraction.
Yes, I would use this service again but not in any areas where cats live.

We are satisfied with them and have been using them for a while. The technician is always the same guy and he knows what to do. I have nobody to compare them to as far as price goes. If we call them with a problem, they either come the same day or the very next day.

Three or four years ago I had termites and called them. I just stuck with them. They are very good at what they do. They are conscientious and courteous. Their price might even be less than other people. I will continue to use this provider.

We have had a really big problem with these bugs. Out town just passed a law saying that they can no longer pick up furniture to not risk getting them. The whole city is having the problem. You cannot see a bedbug, until you get bit. They feed on your blood and can go for a year with out feeding. They have been most helpful with giving us information and how they lay their eggs and survive. He sprayed again and he found evidence that they were being layed behind a picture frame. He took all the pictures out and sprayed them again. They now have a certain thing now where they will "wrap your house up" to get your house to a certain temperature to suffocate them. He told us if anyone gets bit to call him and he will come back out again. Another pest control wanted over $800. He has been back several times to help us get rid of things and he taught us how to clean for them.
