It's going well so far.  The serviceman who usually comes was out of town but they sent someone else out immediately. They call before they come to make sure I'm home.

They were very good.  They were excellent, they did a very good job.  I am happy with them.  I would recommend them to other people.

I discovered the nest two days prior to when the landscaper was to remove the pile of soil as part of a lawn renovation.  I called Arab at approximately 9:00 AM and someone showed up by 10:30 AM.  The person reviewed the situation and explained what was happening.  He then discribed the treatment plan and gave me the price.  Upon my acceptance of the quote he thoroughly treated the nest.  He spent approiximately 45 minutes making sure that his treatment was effective.  When completed he then explained the 30 day warranty and assured me that if the landscapers had any problems with the nest he would be back as soon as possible.  The nest was inactive by the time the landscapers did their work.
Overall Arab exceeded my expectations and I will call them for all of my pest control problems. 

They spray for bugs. Years ago, we had them for termites. They never treated again. The treatment was very successful. They just check for termites, but they never find any. I've used it for years. I have no bad experience.

I had already hired someone for removal of the raccoon and Berney treated the fleas. It worked just fine and the fleas are gone. I am very happy with his services. He is very good and his prices are reasonable. I recommend him and would hire him again.

Door installers found indications of termites.  Called Arab for inspection and estimate.  I had them inspect 8 years ago, so I knew them.  They were prompt, curtious anbd professional.  I waited several months and then had them install the termite abatement system.  Again, they were prompt and professional.  B grade for cost is only because I did not get other estimates.  I felt comfortable with Arab and would recommend them.

We bought a lifetime package with them. We don't have any termites, so they must be doing their job. They are reliable. They come when they say they will.

My Dad used Terminix for a couple of years, for the bedbugs, to no avail. When he passed away, we went with Arab, and they were much more thorough, telling us we needed to get rid of furniture, clutter, etc. Very helpful and nice. All of them were.

We have had them for several years. They do come out regularly. We have termite trap stations in the ground and they come to check them. It costs around $250 a year. They come when they say they are going to come and since they have come, we have not had any termites. They come when we call them. They are always nice when they are here. We will continue to use them in the future.

They put little booties on when they come in to keep my house clean. The technicians are congenial and I usually get the same technician every time.

They did an excellent job in removing the wasps. The nest is gone and we have not had a problem since. They came out with in an hour after we called them.

We originally had this system installed years ago after finding termite activity in a retaining wall next to the house that was made of railroad ties. The wall has since been replaced with a stone wall. We never saw activity in the house. The system stopped the activity in the retaining wall and has to date kept us from seeing any termite activity inside the house. We have been pleased with the results of this. Arab has never given us any trouble as a company, we have always had great technicians who answered any questions or concerns we have.

I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH THIS COMPANY, PARTICULARLY BECAUSE IT TURNED OUT THAT THE ANTS WERE PROBABLY COMING FROM AN OUTSIDE SOURCE AND REQUIRED ONLY A MILD TREATMENT. THEY DID NOT TRY TO SELL ME A WHOLE-HOUSE TREATMENT. THE EXTERMINATOR ALSO TOLD ME HOW TO DISCOURAGE THE ANTS FROM COMING BACK.
