"We were really impressed by and grateful for how comprehensive the inspection was and how helpful his explanations were. He took multiple pictures and generated an elevation diagram. He did a great job explaining why the current sump pump was insufficient and what improvements should be made. He also walked around the exterior of the house to inspect it for any signs of foundation issues, and he spotted a tiny crack in the brick that was hard to see--that's how thorough he was!  He explained what we should be concerned about and what was due to normal aging.

When he finished his inspection, he set up a mobile office with a laptop and printer on the kitchen counter.  He was able to complete the report on the spot and provided the hard copy of his report before he left.

"They were the cheapest of three quotes and did not do any unnecessary work. The plumber was nice after a while, but at first not a very good talker. Al was very nice over the phone. The only concern I have is that the sump pump pipe is in part held together with rubber seals, not PVC, but I guess that is how they do it. Also, the first primary pump didn't seem to work properly, so the plumber recommended a change order, which was other than other companies."
