Gas Furnace / Forced Air Heating System Repair Service

I needed AC repair after my system failed on a day we experienced a heat index of 110 degrees. Response time was excellent. I had cold air flowing less than 2 hours after calling. I was shocked at the $900 repair cost which involved replacing a capacitor and pumping in 2 lbs of refrigerant. I received an acceptable explanation this was largely due to the price of R22 refrigerant that is discontinued and will be totally banned in a few years. At least my 26 year old AC unit lives on and I didn't need to spend thousands more on a replacement.

It was great start to finish! HVAC units were difficult to find at the time, let alone one that met the specifications needed by my home. They procured one for me somehow. It was impressive. The full install took a day, was done amazingly well, and they cleaned up after themselves. They were kind and helpful and took time to explain everything to me, including the on-going maintenance that would be required for the box filter and UV unit. They tested everything and left me with a beautiful new unit and a smile.
