Had a crack in foundation wall that was leaking. Called for estimate. Was scheduled in the evening to accommodate my work schedule. They called that evening to confirm and to let me know the exact time. Easy estimate that was very reasonable. Scheduled at my convenience and they arrived when scheduled. Lonnie was gracious and respectful and completed the work as originally quoted. Area was very clean and he explained every part of the process. I am soo happy When a contractor does what they say they will do, when they say they will do it. Couldn't ask for better.

Appreciated that they were able to quote me price for new sump pump replacement and check valve over the phone. When tech came to install, he saw that my check valve was perfectly functional and so didn't replace and as a result gave me $50 off original quoted price. I appreciated that he didn't over charge or do extra work he didn't think necessary even though I had already approved him to do that work.

They showed up on time and did exactly what they said they would do. Everything was left clean and tidy--just as they found it.

Lonnie the co-owner of the company was great to work with. He communicated frequently and made sure that all aspects of the work was first-class. He scheduled the work and staffed the project to complete it on schedule. This was an interior basement waterproofing of a 120 year-old building with a stone foundation and two sump pumps. I highly recommend Basement Worx!

Basement Worx was on time every day, and dealt with the difficult dirty work very well. They addressed foundation cracks, put in the new drain system, and installed a sump pump with battery backup. Lonnie and his crew were great to work with.

I recently hired this company to install a yard French drainage system to eliminate stand water in my back yard and both sides of the house. Not only was the cost reasonable, but Lonnie was a true professional. He walk me through the entire installation and explained how and why the system works and connects to the down spouts. I did not expect this and I consider him a friend.

By that I mean they did what was necessary to correct the problem, and not something to just drive up the cost and increase their profit. We have had several hard rains since the repairs and we have had no problems.
