"3 unsupervised teens were sent out. I showed them what I wanted done. Lawn and beds had a small amount of leaves (fall cleanup done prior)that required raking and use of a blower. They spent an hour and 20 minutes walking around with a blower and leaves, pine cones, and 2 plastic bags against the fence. Half the leaves were untouched, and the gate left opened. When I spoke to the manager about the incompleted work, she said I would have to pay for additional hours. The amount of work could have been completed in less time if they had done the work as instructed. I would not recommend this company. These teens should have had an adult to supervise the work."

"Tricolor charged 3 times what the original estimate was. They removed two stumps and filled areas with soil and added seed. Both areas sunk down 8 inches over a few months. I called them twice and they were supposed to get back to me to look at it but I never heard back. I had the job redone by Perfect Touch Landscaping. Tricolor should have packed the soil at the time but didn't, therefore, the areas probably sank because of the tree root gaps below. Tricolor should have known that and added extra soil. They should have at least, returned my calls or come back out to add soil and reseed. They're nice people but I believe they are inexperienced in some areas. I followed all care instructions carefully, including watering and fertilizing as recommended. Despite that, the first lawn completely died, and the second one quickly became overrun with weeds. After spending over $7,000, I was left with a patchy, dead lawn. When I reached out for help, Evan deflected responsibility and pointed me to someone else, who also didn?t resolve the issue. I even took the matter to small claims court, but Evan didn?t show up. Extremely disappointed in both the quality of the work and the lack of accountability. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable landscaper."
