Communication was efficient. Someone came out in 2 days get info for estimate. Estimate came by email later that day. I called to schedule and was able to get appointment quickly (had to wait until our pool was open). Crew was punctual, polite and efficient. They were very careful with landscaping and house. Worked very hard and the results were amazing. Highly recommend.

The team headed by Mario arrived ready to work. They were friendly, enthusiastic, and went right to work. They were very competent, no time was wasted at all, and they went out of their way to please me and do a great job! They even cleaned the windows after the power washing by hand! Mario took a photo of some loose roof shingles he found while doing my gutters to alert me that I need to get a repairman. I felt badly about them working is such cold temperatures (it was in the low 40s) and they were so nice about it saying that they have worked in worse weather! They were professional, thorough, and a real asset to the company! No wonder it is hard to get a time slot with them! I highly recommend this company and this team to do your house-washing or any other services that Como's provides. You will not be sorry! Pricing is fair for the services you receive!

The job went very well. Steve was very friendly and courteous to talk to. He and his crew arrived on time, power washed the driveway and patio in about an hour. I was amazed at how much better they both looked. They came back a couple of days later and sealed both. Very satisfied with the result, and will use again.

Our house, roof and patio look new after Scott's crew completed the pressure wash. Before they came out to perform the services on our house, we saw an ad in a local magazine showing "before "and "after" pictures of other homes Scott's company had pressure washed. We thought there was no way they could make that much of a difference. After seeing what his crew was able to do on our 20 year old house, we're believers. Thank you Scott . It was a wonderful experience! Scott initially gave me an appointment for several weeks in the future but, when I requested an earlier date since I had just listed my house for sale, he asked "how will tomorrow work?" and him and his team were here promptly the next morning. They were very professional, most friendly and they did a great job! I recommend them highly.

In a previous review on 5/23/2018, I gave Comos Ohio Pressure Wash a grade of C, due to his invoice not honoring the $75 Angie's list discount, but only giving me a $50 discount from a local community flyer. Mr. Como has since sent me a refund check for the $25, thus honoring his commitment. Thanks to Mr. Como for doing the right thing.... he is an honest and sincere professional!!

I had my entire house washed. Removed mildew and cleaned to like new condition. Also, power washed, the concrete pad and walkway. In addition, washed a shed and my deck so both are ready for painting. I did have one issue with a gutter cover falling off and Scott came back and reinstalled it for me. Overall, did a nice job.

Owner came out to our house to give us a free estimate. He was thorough and friendly. When he finished the estimate, I told him I was a Angie’s list member, he said I would get the $75 discount... great! On the day of the job, the crew arrived on time, and did a very good job, including washing the exterior windows. However, when they presented the invoice, I was only given the $50 discount from our local advertising mailer. I tried to call the owner, but only got his voice mail. I let him a message indicating the problem, and paid the invoice as presented. He returned my call later that day, and apologized for the error. However, he never sent me a refund, or credit for future work. I feel when one is promised a price, that price must be honored! Disappointed!

Today we had our house and deck cleaned by Como’s Ohio Pressure Wash, Inc. They did a fabulous job. It took the crew (5 or 6, I lost count) a little less than 2 hours to wash the house of any mold & mildew, power wash the deck, and then clean the outside of the windows after applying a solution to ****** the re-growth. The guys were all quite pleasant and knew exactly what jobs they had to do. The white railing on our deck had accumulated a lot of green mildew and some black crud at the ends of the railings. All of it was absolutely clean after they finished….something we have been unable to do on our own for a few years. When they finished, all of the windows were cleaned so that they looked almost new with no streaks or spots. We are absolutely thrilled with the job that they did. Went above and beyond my expectations. Very proffesional. Hard to find a business that will be upfront about costs and services, they provided exactly what they quoted. Never tried to up sell me on anything. Showed up on time and worked cleanly. Can't begin to say what a difference it made to our home. It looks like a completely different property now.
