On JUNE 7 2025 quoted it would cost 3000.00 to do cement stairs was given a 500.00 cash money deposited to Jose call office several times never return call now it is July 22 2025 I do have a recited

GTZC is fantastic! They replaced my driveway and front steps, as well as some landscaping. Jose and Justin are easy to work with and have great ideas. The crew worked hard and cleaned up the worksite daily. I’ve already had two neighbors ask who did the work! We sure ‘raised the bar’ in my area, thanks to GTZC Construction

They came out and gave us a quote. They didn't have a formal contract just something Jose wrote up. We agreed to the quote but after reviewing it we felt we couldn't go through with the project. We contacted Jose the next day to advise him we would not be able to go through with the work and he said he would HOLD the 1000.00 check we have given him. The following week I went into tour bank account the stop payment on the check and found that Jose had cashed it two days after he said he would hold it. I am very glad we decided not to work with him as I am not sure I would trust him to do the work.

On March 18th they came and poured concrete it was completed that same day March 20th they came back to level entire backyard my backyard was never leveled

WOW. What a professional crew. Explained some things I didnt know or understand when questioned. Thought it might be 2 days, it was done in one. The clean up was better than they found it. The job was completed.. our patio in our backyard is beautiful. We are getting a lot of compliments on how nice it looks. We were surprised by the outcome. We weren't expecting it to look as nice because we really didn't know what they meant by the stamping process. The staff seemed to be about their business and very professional. They came in and got things done fast, making sure that the grounds were left decently cleaned behind them. We appreciated that they offered and gave recommendations when they saw something that they felt would work out better for our yard. The only thing I would say is that the communication needs a little work for the better. But all in all, fantastic job. Keep up the good work.

They worked hard to get the job done, even with a few days of heavy rain that made it a muddy job. Easy to work with and the price was good.

We were faced with a difficult project at our home. The retaining wall that bordered our walk out basement needed replacement. It was originally built with railroad ties 29 years ago. The ties were rotting, splintering and beginning to lean inward. To further complicate the situation, our deck was adjacent to the wall and essentially one story higher. A few contractors looked at the situation. One failed to get back to us at all. It was no doubt his way of saying that the project was too difficult and unpredictable. Jose Gutierrez accessed the situation knew exactly what needed to be done. He further understood the need to fortify the deck posts to prevent a disaster. This was an expensive project. GTZL wasn't the lowest bid. It was clear that Jose fully understood the scope of the project and was enthusiastic about taking on the challenge. He laid out his plan to secure the deck and provide the critically needed drainage necessary for the wall to survive. He made several promises concerning how they would proceed and outcomes we could expect, and he followed through on all of them. The end result was a beautifully constructed wall of interlocking solid stones. A drainage system was carefully constructed around the wall and a new central drain installed. GTZL did a wonderful job of restoring our yard, as the heavy equipment and supplies brought in for the project took a toll on the landscape. We appreciated that the crew was very respectful of our property throughout the construction process.
