Tricolor charged 3 times what the original estimate was. They removed two stumps and filled areas with soil and added seed. Both areas sunk down 8 inches over a few months. I called them twice and they were supposed to get back to me to look at it but I never heard back. I had the job redone by Perfect Touch Landscaping. Tricolor should have packed the soil at the time but didn't, therefore, the areas probably sank because of the tree root gaps below. Tricolor should have known that and added extra soil. They should have at least, returned my calls or come back out to add soil and reseed. They're nice people but I believe they are inexperienced in some areas. They did a good job of cleaning out the landscaped areas. I just wish Francisco would have

Francisco and his crew did an unbelievable job rebuilding our patio and our lawn after it was devastated by a tornado in August 2023! Their attention to detail is amazing and also they are such a hard-working crew!

Tri-color Landscaping has taken care of cutting, trimming and clean up for the past 4 years!! Also, early spring and fall clean ups. Francisco and his group are very efficient and quick! Rachel in the office is a wonderful help too. I truly appreciate them. Highly recommended!

This company was fantastic. They were very meticulous with everything that they did. They replaced our front and back steps with new steps, added a nice railing for the front, leveled existing areas of our patio pavers and sealed everything. They charged much less than any other company for the work they did. I would hire them again for any type of work that they do.

We couldn't be happier with the work that was done. They were prompt, efficient, caring, and thorough! They never wasted a minute of time and completed our project in two days. We will continue to use them.

I can’t speak highly enough of Francisco and his crew at Tricolor. They were on time with the projected start date. Francisco and his whole crew were extremely professional. They picked up after themselves and left no trash around at all. They took their time and clearly take pride in their work. They didn’t rush through the job. Every brick was checked with a level. They also went above and beyond to make sure our sprinkler system was working properly. They found some pipes cracked and heads that need replaced. Also, rerouted a sprinkler line and head as it was covered by the company that did the concrete work. The landscape around our patio looks amazing. I would hire Tricolor for ANY future projects.

Francisco and his crew exceeded all of our expectations. He responded very promptly and did exactly what he said he would do, which is often not the case with many other contractors. We talked often and I always understood what the next was throughout the entire project. He was patient, providing us several quotes for various options, and was very knowledgeable with offering solutions particularly to solve our issues with standing water and potential flooding issues in our backyard. The paver patio he installed is gorgeous and we could not be happier with the results. We no longer have water in our yard and can sleep at night knowing we will not be waking up to water in our basement. Overall it was a very positive experience and refreshing to work with a contractor who was respectful, reliable and honest.

The Tricolor team showed up on time, worked efficiently, and completed the job in a timely manner. They cleaned up well, and were very courteous and professional. They even pointed out an issue with my driveway drain, and fixed it before they left. The pricing I received was very competitive. I'd certainly use them again.

Francisco was excellent and provided a fair price. All his employees worked very hard with attention to detail. They were punctual and the work was done the day after the quotation. All the beds were roto tilled with leaf humus.

I got several estimates and although their pricing was competitive I decided to go with something different. They were very professional and polite and I would call them again for an estimate in the future.

Their response times are what you'd hope for. Timely and helpful. I had a lot of questions and they were responded to right away with thorough answers. Francisco was super helpful and knowledgeable. You can tell he knows what he's doing and their proposal was very well priced. Instead of a quick pow wow, he explained where and how things work. They deserve an "A" for quick responses, patience in answering all my questions, great pricing, and on site visits to review their plan.

Excellent yard work services. Clean and efficient crew. However was unable to complete faux brick work that was agreed upon. Will engage for basic landscaping services again. Owner, Francisco is very professional and responds quickly.
