"Kris/KMA Home Improvement was great! What I thought would be an easy project turned out to be more than I thought it would but Kris was great. I was having mold issues from condensation coming through the drywall from duct work. He came up with a solution to fix the issue and hopefully prevent it from happening again. He went above and beyond with the prepping so I never had to clean up a mess from him like I did when the previous company tore the wall down to check where the mold was coming from. He did any amazing job painting everything and even went above and beyond by helping me install a new outlet cover to the ceiling where my garage door opener plug in. Very happy with Kris and already have plenty more projects in mind to hire him for!!"

I followed all care instructions carefully, including watering and fertilizing as recommended. Despite that, the first lawn completely died, and the second one quickly became overrun with weeds. After spending over $7,000, I was left with a patchy, dead lawn. When I reached out for help, Evan deflected responsibility and pointed me to someone else, who also didn?t resolve the issue. I even took the matter to small claims court, but Evan didn?t show up. Extremely disappointed in both the quality of the work and the lack of accountability. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable landscaper."

"Tricolor charged 3 times what the original estimate was. They removed two stumps and filled areas with soil and added seed. Both areas sunk down 8 inches over a few months. They spent an hour and 20 minutes walking around with a blower and leaves, pine cones, and 2 plastic bags against the fence. Half the leaves were untouched, and the gate left opened. When I spoke to the manager about the incompleted work, she said I would have to pay for additional hours. The amount of work could have been completed in less time if they had done the work as instructed. I would not recommend this company. These teens should have had an adult to supervise the work."
