"I had to ask them to leave my property, in shambles no less. Everything was good until the concrete was poured. He subcontracted to a group of people who do work for the state, not swimming pools! It is uneven, slopes toward to pool and is already cracking! I have since had 4 pool companies out to get estimates to correct the horrible job I am left with. All of them said it is the worst pool install they have ever seen. I am in the process of filing a lawsuit as the quality of workmanship is horrible. In addition to the concrete being poured wrong, the other companies that have come out have shown me where the pool isn't set squarely, the steps aren't set right, the cuddle cove is crooked. It's offset by almost 6 inches. The pool floor is crumbling and will need to be dug out as well. Last, the coping around the pool is jagged, not smooth at all! All around a horrible experience! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!"

"Moving forward with the times, I found myself in need of a new outlets in my garage to charge electric vehicles. Unfortunately, the panel was in my finished basement, and on the side of the house opposite the garage. Matthew came over and immediately saw a solution. He claimed the wires could be run cleverly without the need to disassemble any drywall. I was skeptical, but intrigued. I decided to go for it. Today, he came over with two helpers to install the required outlets. I was amazed by how well it went. Not everything went smoothly, but these three seemed to welcome any challenge. They thought their way around the issues, ran the wires, and connected it all up. I was impressed by how well they all worked together. At the end of the job and cleaned up leaving no evidence of their visit other than 2 shiny new outlets eagerly awaiting the future. The entire experience was painless, and I am as happy as anyone could be with new outlets. From now on, I will only call Mr. Electric for any electrical needs. Highly recommended."

"Gavin Moore and his team did our full bath remodel of a 50's bath. We could not have asked for a better company to help us on our project. They are very professional, courteous and friendly. They cleaned up everyday . Our project was extremely difficult for them as our walls of concrete were unusually thick. They tackled the job with ease. Gavin put our minds at ease on this project. He helped pick out tile, vanity, lights etc. We love our new bathroom and would definitely use this company again."

"We were having problems with what turned out to be a broken sewer line, causing intermittent backups and flooding during heavy rain. Two other plumbers managed to get the drain flowing again but neither gave us a definite diagnosis without a contract to dig. Nieman quickly diagnosed the problem, gave the best price by far, and initially tried a trenchless repair. That proved to be unfeasible, and the job was re-spec’d for excavation. The guys did a careful and highly efficient excavation, replaced the broken saddle tee, and brought in gravel to stabilize the backfill. Two weeks later they returned and removed the spoils. I’m very happy with the results, and that Neman honored their price estimate even with the added excavation work. My only complaint was getting the work scheduled, which took more calling (about 6 calls from me vs. two return calls) than I thought should be necessary. Otherwise everyone involved was friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and admirably professional."
