Ken is an honest and upstanding guy. Took the time to show me the issue with my hot tub, and explain the best way to fix it. Charged me a fair price (better than another quote), and knocked out the repair the same day within an hour. I highly recommend him.

Ken is a really honest guy. Initially I told him I was a handy guy and he told me how to repair my problem over the phone. Now I called him today about another problem and he fit me in the schedule same day and repaired my hot tub. This is how business should be, he gives recommendations and does great work. More providers need to be more like Ken, completely transparent and honest!

I found Ken’s Spa Service on a Sunday afternoon after a quick search on Angie’s List. Several days before my spa pump had quit working and the temperature on my spa was dropping rapidly each day so I felt like time was of the essence. Ken’s hours were listed daily EXCEPT for Sundays which he listed as closed. I left a message on the business line which also had his cell phone number in the greeting so I then called his cell phone and also left a message. I went out shopping and much to my surprise I received a call from Ken that same afternoon. I explained my problem as best I could and said he could come the very next day early morning even though I would be at work. He called me at work after he arrived and diagnosed the problem and. Informed me that he could complete the repairs the same day! I also had Ken install a new Ozonator since he was already going to be performing work on the spa so it made sense. From start to finish his communication and service are every bit top notch as the other reviews state so don’t hesitate to contact him! I gave Ken’s Spa Service a solid ‘A’ all the way around but did have to give a ‘B’ on the price point as I felt it was a little high for the service performed but given the turnaround time and saving me the effort of installing the pump myself then I will have to accept it. I will continue to use Ken in the future for my spa needs.

it went very well. Ken is a small company and seems to take pride in doing a professional job. He arrived on time. He was very knowlegable. He found the source of the leak a deteriorating gasket and replaced it. He showed us that there were two such small gaskets and offered to replace the second which was about to snap and would require the cost of another service call in the near future. The cost of the part was very small and another call would have been much more costly. He showed us the actual part and its condition so that we did not feel like it was a sales pitch, We asked him about the general condition of the works while he had the tub open. He told us overall it was in good condition but there is an ozone part that should be replaced about every seven years...we were on 14..it keeps the water conditions clean and reduces the need to add chemicals...we had him do this as well...he asked us to call if we experienced any problems with his work.

We have been trying to get our heater fixed in our SPA for almost 2 months now.  The Spa kept tripping off so we called the folks who use to service it (Tim's Pool & SPA).  They told us that it wasn't our heater, had to be our electric.  We had an electrician come in and replace the pole and the GFI Switch ($500). The hot tub kept tripping.   We were told to email pics of the heater to them and they would look at them, but they never got back with us.
We finally were fed up with the waiting game and found Ken on Angie's List.  He came out right away, had a new heater on hand, and fixed it right up.  He even called later that day to confirm all was working well.  He said it was a good thing we didn't try to use it, we could have been electrocuted.  
Thanks Ken! I have deleted the other place and added you as our new Spa Service Contact!  Definitely recommend!

Ken is a great guy.  Our appointment was at 9:00 AM.  When Ken ran into a traffic situation in West Chester, he called to say he would be about 20 minutes late.  I very much appreciated his letting me know of the delay. He then arrived at the rescheduled time.
Ken got right to work and discovered the problem in short order.  The required part was on his truck and replaced in about 10 minutes.  Wrote up the invoice and gave us a quote for a new tub cover.  Ken verified the tub was filtering and heating before he left.  We will definitely call him again when the need arises.

I just saved Ken's number into my phone with relief to have found him. Our hot tub stopped heating and I called 2 businesses for help. One said they'd come out at the end of October and the other (Kenwood Pool Supply) was so rude to me that they stated "they'd be happy to charge me $90 to come look at it but they didn't service our type of hot tub." I called Ken in the afternoon and he called back that evening and was in our backyard as promised the next morning. After the repair the hot tub heated up shortly but stopped again. I called him and he was out again the following day because he said he "stands by his work." I don't know what's more refreshing; the hot water I'm soaking in later tonight or a trustworthy repairman who makes his customers a priority. I hope I won't need to contact him again soon but I'll never use anyone else! Thank you, Ken for being awesome!

I was having issues with my hot tub and the circuit breaker.  Ken came out to Maineville and quickly determined that the issue was inside with the breaker and not the hot tub.  He offered some great advice on keeping the hot tub running well.

Wow, What an incredible repairman.  Ken called me back within 2 hours. He was able to get me in the next day. He diagnosed the problem quickly and told me the cost upfront. He really knows what he is doing. I won't use anyone else. I fully trusted that I was not being taken advantage of.

This is an update on my original review. After he left we noticed about a week later that the side panel he took off had fallen off the side of the hot tub. We tried 4 times to put it back on, but everytime we close the lid it falls off. I tried to contact him to have him put it back on at his convenience but he did not return my call. That is disappointing.

"It did take me about a week to ten days to get back to the customer . I went out and found that the plastic panel had warped and wasn't going to stay on unless it was fastened. I installed a few screws in the panel at no charge and the panel is secure."
