Mr. Electric of Warren County

Moving forward with the times, I found myself in need of a new outlets in my garage to charge electric vehicles. Unfortunately, the panel was in my finished basement, and on the side of the house opposite the garage. Matthew came over and immediately saw a solution. He claimed the wires could be run cleverly without the need to disassemble any drywall. I was skeptical, but intrigued. I decided to go for it. Today, he came over with two helpers to install the required outlets. I was amazed by how well it went. Not everything went smoothly, but these three seemed to welcome any challenge. They thought their way around the issues, ran the wires, and connected it all up. I was impressed by how well they all worked together. At the end of the job and cleaned up leaving no evidence of their visit other than 2 shiny new outlets eagerly awaiting the future. The entire experience was painless, and I am as happy as anyone could be with new outlets. From now on, I will only call Mr. Electric for any electrical needs. Highly recommended.

I have used Mr. Electric before and was impressed with his meticulous work. He now uses helpers that he works with and supervises, but the work continues to be clean, accurate and overall very excellent. After quoting one price in the estimate, he lowered the cost admitting that they did not have to rewire as many outlets as first expected. I found that honesty refreshing and agreed to have them do some extra work cleaning up some additional wiring in the basement.

We had a deck cover built in last year and the installers put in provisiion for two fans to be installed. Electrical lines were routed out of the covers into the house and joined to the line that controlled the light in the back porch. The electrical lines going into the house were neatly put inside pipes and routed into the attic. The pipes were painted to match the cover and are very unobtrusive. They also installed remote controls for the fans and lights. The bathroom fans we had were original to the house and about 20 years old and needed to be replaced. They suggested the type of fan to get during the visit for the quote and the size of fan to get. The fans in all three bathrooms were replaced and they are working very well indeed. They arrived at 8 am as promised and worked till around 2 pm. They were courteous and cleaned up afterwards. The cost may be more than others but you definitely get what you pay for.

i have had Matthew out at my house twice now. This time it was to fix a light that Craftsman Electric had told me was virtually unfixable. Matthew was able to get it working again. Both times he has done work for me I have found him to be extremely knowledgeable, professional, prompt and pleasant. He is very fair with his pricing and honest with what the job will entail. I will continue to call him for all my electric needs and have already started recommending him to friends.

The gentleman troubleshot our breaker issues and determined we were overloading a circuit. He was able to install a dedicated circuit/outlet to resolve the issue that same visit, at a very reasonable price. Service was very fast and efficient, and very polite. Will definitely be calling Mr. Electric for our future electrical needs.

EXCELLENT !   Matthew was highly professional,extremely efficient, and get this, unlike others, he does clean work. It is as if he was never there.  I have a comfort level with him, his work and how he explained and perfomre everything. All future electrical work will be referred to Mr. Electric. We are very pleased.

We had  a ceiling fan installed in my new house. The ceiling mounting bracket and all the wiring was already in place.  All that needed to be done was to hang the fan, replace the wall switch and connect the fan to the power.  The job was done well and he even came back the next day to resolve a wireless code issue.  I purchased an $80.00 groupon special valued at $150.00  to have the fan installed that was consistent with other estimates I received for this work.  Before the work started I was shown an estimate of $170.00 that I thought was the total cost and the  Groupon valued at $150.00  would be deducted from that amount for a total of $170.00 for the job. .  When the job was over I found out that the $170.00 estimate was in addition to the $150.00 Groupon value that I had already purchased for a total $320.00.
The work was good but the job was way overpriced.   I purchased a Groupon for $80.00  that was worth $150.00 in electrical services. I paid Mr. Electric $170.00 cash, and bought a Groupon worth $150.00 making the total for this job $320.00.  That is is way overpriced to hang a ceiling fan that was already wired and had a ceiling mount installed.  Other estimates for this job ranged from $85.00 to $125.00 from other certified electricians.

This is a great husband wife pair that operate this business. They are kind, responsive, and attentive to your needs. The experience went so well I had them add several items to their list once they arrived. Will definitely be calling them back for ALL of my electrical needs.

Matthew Price did great work.  He was always on time, worked quickly, and made sure to seek feedback and offer suggestions before proceeding with any work.  The wiring was well thought out and everything is working as expected.  He and his helper did a good job of cleaning up after themselves, and handled my crazy kids getting in the way without any problems.  I gave a slightly lower rating on the price because it seemed a bit high, but I'm happy with the work.
