The service was excellent, but they are a bit expensive.

Every bit of my interaction with Rossmann was excellent. They answered the phone when I called. Sent someone out later that day. Repair took 30 minutes. The technician explained the problem and showed me how he fixed it. Would absolutely hire again.

Rossmann Electric are excellent to work with! Their staff is top notch and they were able to accommodate my electrical emergency immediately. I would highly recommend their services! They repaired the sunken meter base failure that sparked the night before on my house due to the builder's lack of proper installation 10 years back.

Electricians showed up on time (and called when they left their shop). The job required a very large ladder and 2 people to handle. They were clean and very professional. Owner supplied parts which were sourced on the internet due to the fans age. While they had the ladder up, they also replaced all the light bulbs in a two story ceiling family room.

excellent. we have been using Rossmann for 7 years now and I am only now taking time to write a review. We have been in our home for 7 years and it has been a major rehab, having a continual stream of various specialists and contractors in the house (at least 30). Rossmann is among the top 10% companies we have worked with. In the last two weeks we had them out again (Kurt - a superstar that works there, and they have all been very strong). what I like most is the attention to detail. no shortcuts. a philosophy of if I do it, I do it right. on top of this a high level of mastery and a genuine desire to please the customer.

I would highly recommend. The serviceman was very professional and courteous.

I had asked that they call when they were on their way and they did, arriving right on time. They started work immediately and when they were finished left the area clean. They were very pleasant and courteous.

I thought the price was great and that they did a really good job. They were personable and made sure everthing was right. He was there most of the day and wouldn't hesitate to higher again.

We contacted Rossmann Electric after using them for a quick job in March with the sale of our former home. After moving into our new 110 year old home, we wanted to do a few electrical projects, installing new ceiling fans in the living room and a guest bedroom, hanging up a new light in the upper hallway, changing out a few GFCIs. We were so impressed by the responsiveness of the company during our brief interaction in February, that we contacted them to do the work in our new home.
Well, as with a 110 year old house, once we started "digging", we quickly found a number of things - most notably knob and tube wiring that was still active. As homeowners with children, Rossman Electric understood our position in quickly removing the K&T and juggled around their schedules to work with us on the timing. Since we were rewiring a significant portion of the home, we took advantage of new access panels, etc to completely update everything we could think of - install new lighting in many rooms, remove scones, change outlet positions, install new subpanel and surge protector, installing new outlets where we didn't think it could even be possible (silly old houses!), changing 2 way switches to 3 way, etc etc. Our list of 4 times was almost 2 1/2 PAGES long by the end... And they were flexible and wonderful every step of the way.
Will was our primary electrician and he literally became a staple in our home over our 2.5 week project. He was on time every day, was pleasant, informative, and open to new requests. He constantly kept us updated with ideas and suggestions. He didn't just know what he was doing - he was CLEARLY an expert, which is especially comforting with the age of our house.  Tyler assisted him on various days and they clearly worked well together.
As if they were already exceeding our expectations, imagine my happy surprise when Adam (our central office owner who we had been working with on scheduling / budget / etc) estimated our final bill... And they had changed the hourly pricing from the original to a larger budget pricing structure - saving us a significant amount of money that we were dreading paying.
Rossman will forever be our on-call Electricians and I've already shared our fantastic experience with 2 friends looking for help. I can't recommend them more.

This company did a nice job for me. The electrician (Tyler) stopped by a few days early to remove my old lamp post fixture so that I could paint the lamp post in advance of having the new fixture installed. On the scheduled day, he returned and installed new fixtures on the lamp post, porch light, and kitchen ceiling. He also replaced a weak GFI in the bathroom. He answered a lot of questions I had on lighting in various rooms, different types of bulbs, dimmers, and light fixtures. There were no surprises on the final invoice because I had received a detailed estimate of costs via email from Adam Rossmann when I called to schedule the work. The electrician was very helpful and the work did not take a lot of time. I plan to use this company for future electrical work. They do very nice work.

The work done by Will was exactly as Dale (owner) explained it would be. The whole Rossmann crew gets an A+ from start to finish, never any problems. Highly recommend.

Called before arrival, walked me thru the repairs. Advised which repairs were dangerous and which repairs were more aesthetic. Did a fantastic job. Second time using them, quick, responsive, they have been great.

Rossman did an outstanding job in installing 3 florescent
lights in our garage. Not only were the quick and efficient but very thoughtful
when cleaning up the work area. Best electrical contract experience in many
years. Adam who is one of the owners is also very responsive to all questions
and concerns.I will definitly use them again for my next project.

Everything went great. They first came to make sure they could do the work I wanted; since I didn't not have an existing light or fan they needed to make sure there was enough access space. Right away I got a good feeling about Rossmann Electric and that feeling was verified further when talking with others in the office. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and truthful; they even shared personal feelings about how they loved their LED recessed lights that they just installed. As the work was performed they made sure that my couch, TV, and floor was covered in order to protect them from the ceiling dust. If/when I need further work I will call them back.
