Even with heavy rain delaying the project, the office called each day until they could start. When finished, the planter looked better than when first built. Also, the clean up was amazing. "Needed a waterproofing company to waterproof my damaged basement, excellent workmanship, exceeded my expectation. The workers were very polite and knowledgeable. Completed the job in one day. Removed concrete flooring, install indoor water gutters, drilled several weep holes, removed old sump basin and sump pumps, installed new equipment, they also install a rubber barrier to guide water to the gutters and placed new concrete where needed. They removed all debris, the basement looked cleaner than before they started. I was impressed with the quality and value of Ohio Basement Authorities service. I would highly recommend this company. "Had a very wet basement with water coming through a hole in the wall like a fountain when it rained. Water was seeping through in other places as well. Brandon and his crew waterproofed the basement about 6 months ago. He and his crew were professional, honest, reasonable priced and happy to answer questions. I waited a while to do the review because I wanted to see how the basement did after freezing, thawing and lots of rain. Well, it did great! There has been no noticeable water leakage since the work was done. Basement no longer has musty smell and basement is actually usable! Price was significantly less than the big waterproofing companies and I cant imagine the quality being any better! Highly recommend!!!"
