"The work that was provided was performed promptly and the crew leader was responsible and offered some extra interior drain lines due to the fact that the crawl space was extremely open making it very easy to do their work. They did the extra exterior drain line installation per the contract footage pricing to take the sump line to the street curb. very quickly and appearing to be quite well done. The testing of the sump action when they added water to the interior sump pit showed a quick deposit of water into the street. However, I am still seeing evidence of water in the CMU surfaces above elevation of the new interior drain line that was installed. I assume this to indicate that something should have been done at the wall exterior to take water away from the foundation (probably the J-channel installation)."

"We were really impressed by and grateful for how comprehensive the inspection was and how helpful his explanations were. He took multiple pictures and generated an elevation diagram. He did a great job explaining why the current sump pump was insufficient and what improvements should be made. He also walked around the exterior of the house to inspect it for any signs of foundation issues, and he spotted a tiny crack in the brick that was hard to see--that's how thorough he was!  He explained what we should be concerned about and what was due to normal aging.

When he finished his inspection, he set up a mobile office with a laptop and printer on the kitchen counter.  He was able to complete the report on the spot and provided the hard copy of his report before he left.

"Pioneer came out and gave an estimate fairly quickly, the sales rep was knowledgeable and showed us a catalog of their products. The price was almost identical to 3 other companies A rated on Angie's List. They showed up 2 weeks later as scheduled to install the new fence after ripping out the old privacy fence. There was a miscommunication the first morning about exactly where to put the fence and the gates. After speaking to the installers and the sales rep it was straightened out quickly.
