Overall, my experience with Walt/Chris was A ! We had a very nice, initial phone call discussing the 7 miscellaneous plumbing related areas I was interested in being worked on. He was very amicable and flexible. His communications over 2 appointments covering the 7 items were prompt in their replies. He is very punctual, easy to communicate/collaborate with, and fair with his pricing/time. He says what he recommends being done and how long it should take him. In my situation, it played out precisely as he said. Everything worked out perfectly. Highly recommended. Thank you!!

We had a gas hot water heater replaced and installed on 06/12/2020. Chris was polite, courteous, and honest. When we called him, he always answered immediately. There was no waiting for weeks to get the hot water installed. Chris purchased the hot water heater, delivered it, installed it, cleaned up, and got rid of the old hot water heater. We were very impressed and pleased with the service. We will use Watson and Son Plumbing again for any plumbing problems.

We had a cracked pipe in our basement. Called Watson and son and they were able to come out the next morning to fix it in very little time at all! Will definitely go with them again for any future plumbing needs!

Chris came to replace a failed sump pump. His price was half of what another contractor said was the best anyone could offer. Chris used quality parts and was finished in about an hour. He’ll be on my “Go To” list.

I got a call within 5 minutes of requesting a quote online. Chris gave me an estimated quote based on my description and was there the next morning as scheduled. Home Depot had delivered a dishwasher the day before but they were unable to install it. Chris gave me a better price than them (they refunded my installation fee) and by the next afternoon it was installed. I will definitely use this company for future plumbing needs, very nice and professional!
