"Over the past 2 years our front porch has been pulling away from our house and sliding off of the porch pier. This was due to the excessively dry weather in which the ground the porch was sitting contracted, and moved the porch. The first year I had 3 slab-jacking companies give estimates; none could push the porch back, or guarantee that the porch would not move again.
