First, he gave me a detailed explanation of what he was going to do and how he was going to do it. Second, was his price. He asked $400 less than the other contractor. Even if the other contractor was comparable in price, I still would pick Kevin from Pioneer construction due to his knowledge and his ability to convey confidence with his work."

Recommend you find a local, independent plumber who would charge an hourly rate $100-150/hr seems a more than reasonable rate."
