"The valley on my roof was funneling all the water towards a gutter that was too short.  Lance roofing came in, replaced and added the shingles that needed to be replaced and installed a diverter.  Now all the water runs to the gutter like it is supposed to.

"A neighbors tree fell on my house necessitating roof patching,shingle blending, and gutter replacement. We were not able to be present for the estimate and work.
