Once demolition was completed they installed new drywall, updated plumbing and electrical, subway tile throughout the bathroom, paint and bathroom accessories. The decision was made to keep the original bathtub, John and the team were able to protect it during the renovation and no damage or repair was needed as they completed the project. This is the only full bathroom in the house, Desborough Construction was able to get the bathroom completed on schedule and had the bathtub area usable after a week and a half. John was on site everyday and very responsive to questions during the process. I would recommend Desborough Construction for remodeling needs. There were no overages in the cost with the exception of the frameless shower door which was not discussed in the initial estimate."

I needed the ramp done 1st for an elderly person being released from physical rehab in under a wk. He worked very hard through the worst days of the smoke from the Canada forest fires. He understood ADA requirements and built accordingly. Plus, he suggested things I hadn't thought of like widening the mudroom doorway for a wheel chair if needed in the future & raising the mudroom floor just a little to keep it level with the kitchen floor. The ramp is very sturdy. The senior is using it with great confidence. The interior revamp went very well & was just what our senior needed. Not only did he have the project done in a timely manner, but while walking through Lowes he noticed a stackable washer & dryer 20% off, unopened box. He texted me & we grabbed it! Dave not only knows the construction business but goes above & beyond what's needed and he has a good heart."
