The only reason that I gave "Responsiveness" a Fair grade wasthat we made the down payment, the check was cashed, & I still had yet to hear when the measurement was going to take place. 
I had to contact our sales rep a couple of times to find out when job was going to be scheduled.
All in all, it took about 2 months to have the door installed. (after the down payment on the job)"
