Random people would show up at unannounced times. The few things that an actual Guardian employee did were they made a huge mess of our newly remodeled office and were rude to our staff. We have offices in five markets across the US and have high security at each; we have never had such a poor experience."

When I took it in, the lock only needed lubrication - no repair, My only cost was a new key. On top of that, good advice on maintaining my other locks and options for future replacement of a different look. I really appreciated that he was willing to do it all for me OR let me do some myself to save money."
