Discussed what I needed and was given a quote over the phone. Said they would make sure up to code. Set an appointment and they called stating they were running a bit behind; great customer service. Greg and Kevin worked efficiently. Will recommend and use for future work.

They were very professional. Had another company work on it but the furnace never was quiet or efficient. Since Mr Coy has worked on it it's not only quiet but doesn't run as much and is warmer than before. I highly recommend them.

Greg was the consumate professional and I would recommend his services to anyone. He addressed a malfunctioning steam humidifier and during the process discovered a faulty part . The part was covered by warranty and Greg reached out to Aprilaire and made arrangements to order the part and come back and install it in a timely manner. I could not ask for anything more. I was able to reach the owner by phone. He arranged for a serviceman to come by, check out the problem, and thoroughly inspect the furnace before making repairs (rather than rely on an earlier assessment by another company). The service charge would be $90.00 and applied to the cost of repair. When the serviceman was delayed, the owner, Greg, stopped by himself. He did not do the complete assessment since he didn?t have his service truck, but he was able to diagnose the problem and did not charge me for that visit. In less than an hour after he left, I received an email with the repair cost including labor. That was followed by an offer to replace the inducer motor the next day. Since the next day was Saturday, we set up a time for Monday. On Monday, Greg called and said he could come a bit earlier if that worked for me. So, today the motor was replaced in about 30 minutes. I would say Coy?s Comfort provided excellent and timely service. Give them a call! Thanks, Greg!!!

All of these reviews are extremely fake clearly considering the fact they were all posted on the same day how can you possibly do more than five jobs in one day! And why are they all five stars! This I would not recommend this business seems very fake to me!!!!!

Greg came out and evaluated my electric heating system. He made recommendations based on readings he showed me via his meters, and I chose an option he provided that helped make my system more efficient, and more comfortable. Thank you Greg.

Greg was very professional and knowledgeable about my aunts fuel oil furnace. He checked CO2 levels and service the unit quickly. Will be using coys comfort heating and cooling from now on!

Great company to know. My furnace went out and Greg. The owner was able to come out that day and give me 2 options, which was replacing my old furnace Or going with the cheaper way replacing some parts to get me by witch i did. Supper honest and affordable company

We hired Greg and his team to do a full install of our forced hair furnace. When others weren't able to do this very large furnace install. Cory's comfort and cooling LLC came right out gave us a very competitive price and did exactly what they said that they were going to do for the price that was originally quoted. It's extremely nice to work with a company that doesn't start our with one price and then when the project is completed the price changes. Not only that, but they have been back several times for maintenance and have been very responsive to all our needs. The company is truly professional and I would recommend Coy's for all your HVAC and plumbing needs.
