Outstanding!!! Every aspect of the work done and experience of someone from the outside world coming in my home (which I normally hate) was perfect!! Greg is amazing and super personable; he loved our dogs. HA Did a couple extra things to make sure we were good and aside from the actual “fix”; my house is cool again, smells so much better and I don’t have to set the temperature as low as I did before, which means I’m saving money!! Additionally, I have pride flags, we stand with Roe signs and wrote him an Obama check; I have no idea his political affiliation but he didn’t judge mine. While no one wants something to break; I’m so glad I found Coy’s Comfort for next time!

Explained what he was going to do and once the issue was discovered discussed different options that he could offer to us. He even called my husband at work and repeated everything to him. Top notch customer service!! We will definitely use his service again.

Greg was the consumate professional and I would recommend his services to anyone. He addressed a malfunctioning steam humidifier and during the process discovered a faulty part . The part was covered by warranty and Greg reached out to Aprilaire and made arrangements to order the part and come back and install it in a timely manner. I could not ask for anything more. I was able to reach the owner by phone. He arranged for a serviceman to come by, check out the problem, and thoroughly inspect the furnace before making repairs (rather than rely on an earlier assessment by another company). The service charge would be $90.00 and applied to the cost of repair. When the serviceman was delayed, the owner, Greg, stopped by himself. He did not do the complete assessment since he didn?t have his service truck, but he was able to diagnose the problem and did not charge me for that visit. In less than an hour after he left, I received an email with the repair cost including labor. That was followed by an offer to replace the inducer motor the next day. Since the next day was Saturday, we set up a time for Monday. On Monday, Greg called and said he could come a bit earlier if that worked for me. So, today the motor was replaced in about 30 minutes. I would say Coy?s Comfort provided excellent and timely service. Give them a call! Thanks, Greg!!!

All of these reviews are extremely fake clearly considering the fact they were all posted on the same day how can you possibly do more than five jobs in one day! And why are they all five stars! This I would not recommend this business seems very fake to me!!!!!

Greg came out and evaluated my electric heating system. He made recommendations based on readings he showed me via his meters, and I chose an option he provided that helped make my system more efficient, and more comfortable. Thank you Greg.
