"We cannot be more pleased. The quality of these products and the difference they have made in our home is beyond belief. My special note to our customer relationship representative, Angela Kermec, our sales representative, Robert Mocker, as well as the excellent Window Depot installation team. Robert initially worked with us on our replacement projects. He was punctual, reliable and works very hard to give the customer exactly what they are looking for. Angela stopped by and oversaw the project the day of installation and answered all of our questions during the installation with members of the installation team. The installation team worked very diligently and completed all of our replacements in about 5 to 6 hours. The installation team works exclusively under the Window Depot USA of Youngstown umbrella, which we were very pleased with. Very nice cleanup after the work was completed. We cannot recommend the team at Window Depot USA of Youngstown enough. We especially liked supporting two excellent companies (Window Depot USA of Youngstown and ProVia) who are headquartered locally in Ohio and in the Youngstown area and Sugarcreek, respectively."

They updated me every time they were going to start work. They were very professional and punctual. The work was done in one day with wonderful results. I can recommend all three of them, if you want a job well done and on time. Thanks to Steven,Zack and Dan, I have a comfortable and accessible shower, especially for my sister who has very specific health conditions.
