I would call Todd a laid-back professional. He was very knowledgeable and did not pressure me at all. As the matter of fact, he even offered alternatives where I would save money and his benefit would range from zero to moderate. I ultimately decided on a middle solution where we both benefitted. Todd Got me a very nice Garage Door for my house. He had it powered coated so I would not need to paint the door ever again because of the salt air. The door came in and install in the time Todd had quoted but they did do have the replacement weather stripping. We were told they would be back out to finish the job in a couple of days so we paid our bill. Well the Weatherstripping still has not been replaced and I have tried to contact him on his phone and office. I have yet not gotten a reply via email, phone or text in weeks. Guess I should have known better to not pay for a job until it is done as promised. DO NOT EVER PAY THIS COMPANY UNTIL EVERYTHING IS COMPLETE

They were here when they promised and charged what they thought it would cost.

Very professional except one person told me I needed to pay a permit fee and I asked why, he said never mind. A few weeks later he called and said he had to file the permit and I needed to pay the fee and an inspector had to come see it. Why not include this in the price of the installation and get the permit before the job.

FABULOUS job, except I have a gravel driveway and I don't think they picked up the left over nails and screws with a big magnet.....both of my cars ended up with big screws stuck in our tires by the next day!
