"This past August I posted a very negative review of Oaks Construction. I would like to rescind that now. Since that time, the owner Kris Oaks, personally got involved. He has worked very hard to resolve any and all of my issues and concerns. He has communicated with me regularly, assigned staff to work with me, and has done anything possible to make me happy. As a result of his efforts, I went forward and had Oaks Construction perform the work that I originally requested. His workers were both professional and did excellent work. He put a schedule together and stayed on schedule. The quality of the finished job is excellent. I can now wholly recommend Oaks Construction to anyone. They are responsive to their customers and do quality work. You will be extremely pleased if you contract with them. I know am."

"If you like poor communication, bad workmanship, and endless promises to fix his own bad work, then Patrick with Fine Line Improvements is for you! I hired Patrick to replace our wooden roof rakes with aluminum since squirrels were chewing them and getting into the attic. Less than a few weeks later they were separating at the seams and pulling off the building. Multiple times I asked Patrick if he could do something about it. Multiple times he said he would, or that he would follow up at a later date. Almost a year later, the issue still isn't resolved."

"My consultation with Stellar was scheduled within a day, met with Patrick on 5/1/25. Time was taken to understand the process, everything that is involved and what my options were. Time was taken to listen to what we wanted/didn’t want and thorough explanation given of the entire process. On 5/2/25 Stellar contracting called to review details and confirm our choices. On 5/5/25 Stellar scheduling called and full installation scheduled for 5/9/25, completed 1 day! The crew and project manager, Cisco, were fabulous to deal with on the install day and even after. A link was provided where we could see pictures of the whole project as it happened. Cisco was readily available on install day and even after with questions and concerns. It was obvious that Cisco did care about the roof we were getting and took pride in the quality of the job that was done. The crew paid good attention to the clean up, there was a lot of debris all over the place. Looking forward to future business with them!"

"These guys are absolutely amazing!!! The owner, Drew, is incredibly respectful and courteous. He explains every detail with you of what exactly they're going to do and gives a fair estimate, that beats out the competition by far. The crew that showed up to do the job was fantastic!! They even took the time to answer our 11 year old son's questions and spent time playing a little basketball with him once the roof was finished!! The guys were always checking in with us to assure that we had no unanswered concerns. They cleaned up our property beautifully when they were finished and asked if we were satisfied with their work. I can't say enough about how great this company truly is and what a pleasure it was to work with them! Superior truly IS superior!! THANK YOU GUYS FOR EVERYTHING! And a shout out to Rob, the roofing foreman, who was so kind and willing to help us with anything we needed."

From the design, which was well suited for our home and exactly what wanted but could never put on paper to the actual construction. It looks amazing and adds so much value to our home. "Most overpriced roofing company around. It's laughable the quotes I was given by these guys vs. the other roofers I spoke with. Combine that with the fact I was warned about how they are quick to go the half-a** route when encountering a problem vs. actually doing the right thing and solving the problem. I've heard many accounts of this company just throwing up flashing and tar over a problem area of a roof instead of taking off the bad old roof and fixing it the correct way. People please get MANY MANY quotes for MANY different companies and you will quickly see that Proctor is a rip-off artist."
