If you like poor communication, bad workmanship, and endless promises to fix his own bad work, then Patrick with Fine Line Improvements is for you! I hired Patrick to replace our wooden roof rakes with aluminum since squirrels were chewing them and getting into the attic. Less than a few weeks later they were separating at the seams and pulling off the building. Multiple times I asked Patrick if he could do something about it. Multiple times he said he would, or that he would follow up at a later date. Almost a year later, the issue still isn't resolved.

The owner of Fine Line is really a stand up guy. They did an amazing job on my roof and I could not be happier. I highly recommend them they will not only do a great job but they will go above and beyond!!!
