"I’m not a part of, nor do I know anyone prior to meeting Mr. Roman Shklyar at Sunset Roofing LLC. Let me say this: I never take the time to write reviews, but I’m compelled to write this: #1. Absolutely, hands down number one in customer service! Roman’s communication, and follow through is superb! What a pleasure it was dealing with him on my roofing project! I didn’t meet his crew, but they all did a great job on the roof! #2 Roman was very knowledgeable, courteous, and straight forward. I was under promised and over delivered! He quoted me three weeks and the job was completed in less than two weeks from our initial meeting! Yes they had a time slot open up, good weather was a factor I’m sure, but he called me and said “we can come and do the roof earlier than quoted is that ok ?” #3 No surprises! I was quoted and billed the same dollar amount! They did a complete tear off, installed a new roof on my home and also replaced a missing piece of fascia. The house looks great! #4 When we were talking about the job, he took the time and educated me about the choices between metal and shingles! I highly recommend Sunset Roofing LLC. "Est was fair-used this company 3 years ago on my house-this is a rental property. showed up on time with large crew-tore old roof off replaced rotten boards as needed,showed up at 8:05am and were done by 3pm, all trash was hauled away. house has existing porch and they added a 12x12 patio roof. all in one day. had good weather and everything went as planned and kept with estimate."

"Everything went mostly as expected with our roof replacement. 20 sections of plywood sheathing and some rafters were replaced beyond the original estimate but we were told that might need to happen, and the extra cost was specified beforehand. Project was completed in one day despite the extra work. Accidental damage was repaired promptly with care by skilled tradesperson with knowledge on how to do the specific repair. March 24, 2023."

They told us that their lead time to have the roof and gutters done was about 5 weeks and we did have the roof and gutters done 5 weeks after we had the estimate. They were able to get the roof completely done within 1 day and the gutters within half a day. Very efficient, professional, clean and courteous! Roof and gutters look great and so far no leaks!"

With the help of Matt, the process with the insurance company and the insulation of new shingles was made (for our part)stress free. "Trey did a roof repair for my house last year in September 2020. I should have written this review earlier, but wanted to make sure the roof did not leak during the winter. Roof repairs were done professionally and in time. Trey tried to match the roof shingle as much as possible, although the shingles are little lighter than the original roof.
