He went up on the roof, assessed the situation, and with all that was necessary he fixed the leak on the spot. He was willing to skip charging me, since in his opinion a major job was not required. He even took photos of the problem and sent them to me. I was impressed that he didn't try to upsell me for more than what was required, not only for the roof leak, but for a small problem with my porch posts. Combine that with the fact I was warned about how they are quick to go the half-a** route when encountering a problem vs. actually doing the right thing and solving the problem. I've heard many accounts of this company just throwing up flashing and tar over a problem area of a roof instead of taking off the bad old roof and fixing it the correct way. People please get MANY MANY quotes for MANY different companies and you will quickly see that Proctor is a rip-off artist."
