Sarah told me I was pretty far from her usual service area, but she would talk me through the procedure to unclog the carburetor if I was up for the task. She estimated it would take about 20 minutes and require a wire stay tie, 10mm socket wrench, and some 10W40. Twenty minutes later the snowblower started right up. "They charge an arm and a leg. Basically did so called maintenance and two weeks later when the boiler shut down, they said that they cannot come for a whole week. The ignition rod needed cleaning, which should have been part of their maintenance. They charged $340 and have no responsibility. "

They called ahead the day before to confirm the appointment, they then called the day of the appointment to let me know they were on the way. The technician showed up on time and was very polite, and even took is shoes off to work in the house. He did a very thorough job and kept me informed each step of the cleaning process. He even put a camera into the ducts to take before and after photos. I would highly recommend this company, and will you them again in the future."
