Brian was, as always, excellent to work with. He was able to work around my schedule and clearly and patiently laid out my options, costs, and recommendations for repair.

VERY GOOD!

This was my first time doing business with Hansen Auto Body. Our car was stolen and later recovered. There was minor damage to the interior. The exterior had dents, scratches and collision damage from we assume off road-ing. There was mechanical damage to the undercarriage also. After dealing with the (obscenity) insurance company, who treated us as the criminal, Brian Hansen made the rest of this bad experience for us very calming and whole. The professionalism, communications, the service, the quality of workmanship and the attention to detail was impeccable thanks to Brian and the crew.

I will begin by saying what an honest and up front owner Brian is. NO BS as we had gotten somewhere else. very refreshing and we will be going here and recommending this place.! His son also works with him and i really trust them.

Somewhere, sometime, someone either hit my car or purposely vandalized it leaving a deep scratch along the rear quarter panel, completely through the paint, and a broken taillight. I know department stores, hairdressers, doctors and dentists, but had no idea where to take my car for repair.  So...I consulted Angie's list and there was Hansen Autobody.  From the time I walked in for an estimate to the time I picked up my repaired car, this was an exceptional experience.  Brian Hansen's shop was not intimidating!  Brian was extremely hospitable and professional. The estimate he gave me was the price I paid.  He worked with my insurance company and arranged for a rental car, and the time it took for the repair was the time he told me it would be.  The work done on my Camry is excellent--as deep as the scratch was, there is no evidence it was ever there. This is a case where I hope never to have to revisit the Hansens, but  can feel assured that if it occurs, he is a man of honesty, integrity, and professionalism.  Thanks Brian and Angies's List!

They're really good. They're very honest and they do good work which is prompt and efficient. They charge a good price and they're very personable.

This is a very fine operation...on time, right price, excellent quality. In fact I have a minor scrape on front fender now and I am going back to Brian and his team...

I joke with Brian (the owner) that my husband and I should be frequent flyer customers with the amount of times we've seen him in the last few years. Unfortunately we've not had very good luck and seem to attract people crashing into us. We've had over $10,000 in repairs and more than a few $1000 or more. Whatever the circumstance, the insurance adjuster meets us at Hansen's, a price is agreed upon, Brian has a special deal with Enterprise Rental and coordinates a car waiting for you when you're dropping off the car that needs to be fixed.

Brian is very professional, he does an excellent job and your car is ready when he says it's going to be. When he returns your car to you, not only is the outside cleaned but he more or less details the inside as well. Hansen's also does auto repairs, oil changes etc. which the rest of my family utilize this service. I would highly recommend Hansen Auto Body.
