Perfect. Showed up early and fixed the problem. I was able to text a picture of the problem and promptly got a fair quote over the phone before I scheduled him. Cost was exactly as quoted. Keeping Lauder Plumbing on file for future needs.

Great Service!! They called back promptly and Oren was here within 1 hour from the time I called. He replaced the broken piece and the valve. He tested everything and determined that the drain line was also leaking. He replaced the drain line and all is good.

Water leaks seem to never happen during normal business hours. When I noticed a leak on Saturday morning I immediately called Lauder Plumbing since I have had a great experience with them before. I got their service and then a callback from Lauder within 5 minutes. They were at my house within 30 minutes and diagnosed the problem. Since they had to order parts they instructed me on how to abate the leak until they could fix things permanently. As promised they showed up early Sunday morning and within an hour my repair was competed. They were very neat and professional and they did not gouge me on the price due to weekend work. This company is a true gem!

(This happened the Sunday of Thanksgiving weekend, 11/26/17. Boiler for house heating system failed to start. I called Lauder P & H and got a call back from Jack Lauder shortly after. He came on time that same day and replaced the electric ignition system for the boiler, which solved the problem. Fast worker with a lot of knowledge & experience, a good attitude, and was willing to do the job on a holiday weekend!

He's very, very good. I'm going to have him back. He was very responsive.  Unbeknownst to me, I had used him in the past, years and years ago when he worked with his brother. I really can't say I was displeased with any part of it. He told me he would be there the next day and he was there.

There was a problem with the pipes. They were all calcified over. They were just going to replace the whole outer part but they realized there was a problem inside as well inside the wall. They repaired that as well. I put up the information there, and they responded within seconds. They came to our house that day. They were very fair and showed us what the options were, they told us what the prices were going to be no surprises.They even went above and beyond. When they found that other problem, they fixed that for us without having to back out another day.They just fixed everything right there, it's looks beautiful you'd never know we had a problem there.They were good.

I called(Friday) Lauder Plumbing and they answered right away. I asked them if they could come on a Monday but Jack offered to come in earlier on Saturday which was nice. I told him what was wrong(I broke the pipe trying to fix a clog) and Jack presented himself very professionally to the situation. It turned out there was still clogging left of what was the old pipe that leads to the wall. Jack came in and took out the old piping that was left and put in new piping that was of better quality of what was there before.

We had another water softener picked out but went with the Culligan Water Softener on Jarred's recommendation and couldn't be happier. Jarred and his partner arrived on time and did all of the work in about 2 hours. They were fast, efficient and very knowledgeable as to what they were doing. Thank you so much! I highly recommend Lauder Plumbing & Heating. I would definitely use them again. Very reasonably priced too!!!

I needed help to fix a toilet that broke right before my house closing. Lauder responded immediatly and came the very next morning. They did a terrific job at a very fair price. I would highly recommend them.

Upon waking up in the morning, I discovered that my 40 gallon Hot Water Heater Tank was leaking. Since I caught the leak early, I shut off the main water supply and drained the tank before it became a bigger problem. Then, I called Jared at 7:30 AM and he responded to my house within the hour. He shutoff the supply to the hot water tank only which allowed us to have immediate use of water. New Hot Water Heater was delivered by 11:30 AM same day. Heater was installed at 2:00 PM on the SAME DAY! Beautiful, neat and amazing job when it was all done.

This company is very responsive and keeps in contact. I got a call before the appointed time of their work and was happy that they could arrive even earlier than we had planned. The technician was neat and professional and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. He suggested a fix for the Freon leak in our AC unit that while $100 more than just adding Freon, was a possible fix. As of this date, our 22 year old AC unit is working as good as new and better than it has in years. I think the extra $100 was worth it. as an aside, I learned that the company we had used for 22 years and the one that last added Freon two years ago, charged us double what this company did for a pound of Freon. I'll definitely use Lauder Plumbing and Heating the next time we need heat, AC, or plumbing repairs.
