Company never contacted me. Ordered a part online and fixed dryer ourselves for $24.

Extremely well! Joann was wonderful, very knowledgeable and helpful, also very patient with me and my questions. The delivery man, Roman, was excellent as well, careful with moving old fridge out and new one in. I am very pleased, thank you!

The service man was professional. Asked a few questions checked out the problem gave me a quote had part and was finished within the hour.

Great. We initially went to Lowe's, and learned that every aspect of buying a major appliance from a store like that is a pain. I could write 1000 words on that subject. Anyhow, walking into a small but well-stocked store like Rockland Appliance Center, and being met by a knowledgeable, polite salesperson (Brian in this case) is an entirely different experience. We found exactly what we wanted at a price comparable to Lowe's. It was delivered two days later by two polite, efficient, careful gentlemen, and everything's great with our new refrigerator.

We were told that our dryer needs a valve and it is best to buy a new one. The appliance was not repaired, but we were charged $86.65, which was not told to us when the appointment was made.

Diagnosed and corrected immediately. Worth the service call cost.

An appointment was set at the time I called to visit in a few days. The initial visit was quick and they informed me they had to get parts. It took longer than I expected to get the parts. They honored the price they projected. They did the work quickly. The repair man was very pleasant. The freezer now works fine.

Chris was very professional, arrived on time. Found what the problem was and took care of it right away. He knew exactly what he was doing and had all the tools in his truck. I will definitely recommend Rockland Appliance Center. The cost to repair was less than I expected!

Very busy schedule due to high demand and employee vacations. Had to wait a week but have other refrigerator and no one else available faster. Forgot to tell us to turn refrigerator back on a day before mechanic arrived but quickly rescheduled. Price may be a bit high and not broken down. Angie’s member discount applied. On the whole - very good. Nice to deal with, very professional and competent.

Simple procedure. No problems. Repairman was very professional and pleasant.

They were fine. They came when we called them. We had a previous person that came and said we needed a new compressor. Rockland came and said we didn't need a new compressor, that we just needed to fix the fan that was hitting another part of the refrigerator which was making a noise. It was nice to get somebody that told us the truth and it was a lot less expensive.

I called friday evening they gave me an appointment for Saturday morning before Thanksgiving! The repair man was fast efficient and pleasant. Would highly recommend.

Service provider determined that our Maytag refrigerator had leaked water in the back of the unit, causing a large ice shield to cause the refrigerator door to be unable to close completely.  Service provider diagnosed the problem, removed the shelves and ice in the back of the unit, removed thick ice dam.  Serviceman was courteous, professional, and jocular.

Brian, our service provider arrived at the time scheduled. The igniter was supplied by me. I was going to attempt the repair my self but had second thoughts. So I called Rockland Appliance Repair Center. The tech was courteous and professional. He made short work of the repair. 
I would not hesitate at all to call them again for any appliance repair!

Brian came two days before Christmas when my gas GE oven wouldn't start. He came, replaced the part (which he had with him), and had my oven working for the holiday.

John the technician arrived during the set time. He ran the dishwasher, examined various parts and determined the pump was not functioning properly. Advised to replace pump ($236) or replace unit with a Bosch or Maytag. The Jenn Air, which I loved worked fabulously for 7 years. Time to replace. Leaning toward the Maytag because it has stainless steel chopper and doesn't Ned the filter to be regularly cleaned.

Today, less than a week after his service call, John came back with the part. He pulled out the stove, inserted the monitor and --nothing -- the front piece didn't light up and I still couldn't turn on the oven. John, however, wasn't defeated - he pulled apart more of the back of the stove and discovered that, not only had a mouse gotten into the stove, (he showed me the droppings) but it had chewed through some of the wires. John persisted despite my assumption that I would have to replace the stove ... and somehow, he skillfully found the wire that was keeping the monitor from connecting. He asked if I would approve him fixing that wire and of course I said yes. Both John and I were delighted when the repaired wire connected to the monitor and --- I had a working stove again! My thanks and congratulations to John - a true problem solver - he certainly made my day and convinced me that Rockland Appliance Center will be my go--to site for large appliance repairs.

And if I had waited for that GE service call, the problem wouldn't even have been diagnosed by today, much less fixed.
