Anthony and the team at Mastei fixed my ice maker in under 15 minutes. They were quick to respond, asked pertinent questions and was prepared before he showed up. Worth every penny.

Showed up on time kept us in the know about the repair. Pleasant and went above and beyond the call due to the age of the appliance. Definitely will use again should any future problems develop. Highly recommend.

Quick, efficient and helpful.

I called Mastri Appliance as i had an issue with my dryer where the setting knob had broken. I first called PC Richards where i purchased the dryer 2 years ago...they took my info and said that it would be two weeks before GE would come out and the fee to JUST come and evaluate would be $200.00!!! So I called Jim Mastri who helped me out and at no charge he gave me the part # that I needed, the website and telephone #yoo!! I called and received the part in one day for JUST $20.00 clams!!! Thanks very much Jim :)

I've actually had them here twice. Once for a repair under warranty. Very professional and competent. More recently for a out of warranty repair. I was favorably impressed with the honest evaluation, repair estimate and advice. Definitely will call them again for future appliance repair issues.
