Description of Work: Washed and Painted entire Colonial home (stained cedar siding, painted trim. Very nice work overall that has stood up well for the past 34 months. Only minor quality issues on the trim work: missed the underside of 2 window sills and trim on one door has a small amount of peeling. I did not discover those until a year or so after the work was done and did not call DeRosa to request a correction.

+ -1 moreThey did my house and 2 of my neighbor's houses. The price was good and they gave me a discount for referring my neighbors. They did a really good job. It was done the day after I had my roof done. They removed all the green moss. It looks like a new house.

+ -1 moreThis is the second time I used DeRosa's services. Greg DeRosa is very responsive, returning phone calls quickly to anwer questions and schedule. Came promptly when scheduled. Crew was thorough and professionals. Took extra care with instructions about roof, plants, etc. Everything was pristine. A pleasure to work with.

Description of Work: DeRosa's power washed our home as well as our back patio. They also power washed our patio furniture which we did not contract for. It was a pleasant surprise.
