Lowe's Air Duct Cleaning

Did a fantastic job cleaning the HVAC ducts. I had recently done major renovations on my home which created a huge amount of dust. The dust got into the returns and created a uncomfortable situation. Once all the work was done I purchased the duct cleaning from Lowes using the coupon deal they promoted on this site. I then called and they to scheduled me for the service promptly . They called ahead the day before to confirm the appointment, they then called the day of the appointment to let me know they were on the way. The technician showed up on time and was very polite, and even took is shoes off to work in the house. He did a very thorough job and kept me informed each step of the cleaning process. He even put a camera into the ducts to take before and after photos. I would highly recommend this company, and will you them again in the future.

PUNCTUAL, PROFESSIONAL AND VERY EFFICIENT. TECHNICIAN MIKE WAS ONE OF A KIND. VERY POLITE, OBLIGING, EFFICIENT AND VERY DETAILED. DRAWBACK LOWE'S USED HAND CARRIED VACUUM SUCTION MACHINE. OTHER COMPANIES USE HEAVY DUTY POWERFUL SUCTION MACHINE PLACED ON A PICK UP TRUCK WITH A LONG SUCTION PIPE RUNNING TO THE MAIN HEATER.

I described the vent cleanout job in detail in my message to them. Their reply was a boilerplate on rates for something completely different. Nobody cared enough to see what it was I actually needed.

Mike the technician was absolutely wonderful. He was on time and had a lovely professional demeanor. Was mindful of not leaving a mess. The call center operator was kind enough to check if same day service could be performed. All in all I loved their service and will not ever use anyone else again!

This is the second time I used this service for the same type of clean ducts after construction remodeling. The first time was 4 years ago when used this service; I was happy then as i am happy with their work now. I contacted Lowe's Air Duct service by email and was called soon after. The company offered an earlier date, but I had a later date in mind and they were very accommodating. The day of the appointment the technician called to say he was on his way, well within the appointment window. When he arrived, we walked through house and then he went to work. He was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. In a reasonable amount of time, the system underwent a thorough cleaning and the tech completed his task. He gladly answered my questions and gave me additional advice for continued care maintenance of my heating system. I was extremely pleased with the work that was done. I highly recommend this company and look forward to hiring them again should the need arise.

Excellent job. Team was on time, neat and worked quickly. Originally there was a delay of 3 weeks for an appointment, however I received a call that someone canceled and they could be there within a day. Of course I accepted. They made fast work of the job and I feel confident that they removed any debris that was in the system for over 50 years.

Called the company for a chimney sweep. They indicated the price was $299 but they had a "discount" currently bringing it down to $199. This service goes for around $165 in Westchester from quality service from multiple providers. This is typical con-artist marketing: doubling the market price and then faking a discount. I'm staying away for good.

They are good. They are awesome. I had prices from somebody else and they were just.... ugh. I don't know if their prices are the lowest. It's okay because their service was really great. I just called them and they emailed me the bid the next day. I called them and made the appointment. They came and did their job. They were quite responsive. They were professional. They guy knew what he was talking about. He showed me what he was doing. I am going to use them again if I have a chance.

They were was on time.  They did a good job.  They took care of everything.  They are pleasant to deal with. It was competitively priced.

The worker came earlier than expected which was great since I decided to have the second floor unit done also. i appreciated him taking time to show and explain the job to me. I also wanted to have the dryer vent cleaned but we couldn't locate the outside vent. I found out days later that the outside dryer vent was located on the roof...great spot

Wonderful all around! Very professional, fast and did a great job. Hired them to clean out the air ducts in my forced air heating system, and I could NOT believe how much crud was in there! The before and after photos

Turns out, we didn't need duct cleaning. Lowe's Air Duct Cleaning was brutally honest and gave free advice (answer: "you don't need us"), and based on their professionalism, I will call them again if needed in the future.
