The pictures of the new flooring speak for themselves but if it isn’t obvious, Marcin and his team did a tremendous job. Marcin also sanded and refinished my staircase and another spare bedroom. The spare bedroom flooring was completed by another company a couple of years back and it’s obvious that I made the wrong decision by not initially hiring Marcin for the job. Marcin and his team are highly skilled professionals who get the job done the right way and to your expectations. "Spagnoli Flooring replaced our floors in May 2023. They did a spectacular job right from material recommendation / selection to installation. They recommended Mirage Floors for materials. We selected Sierra red oak engineered hardwood, 3/4 inch thick. It was perfect for our needs & exudes a certain warmth & richness throughout the entirety of the space. The installation process was streamlined. They moved furniture from one side of the apartment to the other as they proceeded with installation. New baseboards were modern. They replaced a wooden saddle on the bathroom threshold & installed a new saddle on the kitchen threshold - both marble - with the same high-quality workmanship seen in the overall floor install. Their workers - including project manager, were professional & courteous, & protected the apartment while working in it. Their customer service & back-office support was exemplary ensuring Certificate of Insurance (COI), job scheduling & payment processing went smoothly. They also proactively ensured the home owner received a rebate that the materials supplier happened to offer at the time of ordering materials. Overall, a great experience! We love our new floors!
