Thank you, goes to Liberty General Construction! I'm grateful they were able to respond on such short notice to a very serious roofing situation. Their assessment and intervention is appreciated.

Carlos was prompt and arrived at the time we agreed upon. After we agreed on the charges, he worked on my roof right there and then. Although his quote was higher than what I intended to pay, it was lower than 2 other quotes I received. The patch job he did was exactly that, patched up a few missing shingles. The quality of the job has yet to be proven in the next rainstorm. The one negative comment I can say is Carlos ignored both my call and text AFTER he was fully paid when I asked about the receipt he promised he would send to me which never did.

When contacted about my emergency situation with roofing tiles missing, they came over quickly. Carlos from Liberty General was excellent. He completed the work necessary quickly. He was professional and explained what needed to be done. The fact that he completed the work so promptly save me from further damage when a strong rainstorm hit only hours after he had finished the job. Would definitely recommend this company especially Carlos.

Carlos and his team were great! On time, finished just when they said they would. I inspected the job thoroughly after the roof dried completely the next day. Very pleased with the job!

The roof repair was good, originally charged $1300 then came down to $900, I don't recommend him, and feel I was ripped off.

There is some communication issue. Contractor first installed the wrong color of shingles and ended up having to remove and install the correct shingles. Another mistake due to communication was avoided when I asked if he understood what metal gaping color we wanted. Turned out he did not, he also corrected quickly by ordering the correct color. Despite all, contractor was able to finish the work in one day. Had he paid attention to what we ordered he would have saved 3 hours.The next day, I realized shingles were not flushed with capping making the final product look unfinished.They were sticking out. Contacted him, was told it's ok like that. I looked at all similar patio covers and none had shingles sticking out. I was planing on giving high rating despite the mistakes due to communication but ending up with something that doesn't look finish and probably will last less due to shingles sticking out that might start lifting made me decide otherwise. Contractor is very nice and polite. If you hire, make sure you both are on the same page.

Carlos was great to work with, his price was competitive. Very easy to contact by phone or text. His crew was very courteous and worked very hard and cleaned up the job site each day before leaving. I will use him again on future work at othe properties.

Called me immediately. Scheduled the work 2 days later. Did the complete job in one day keeping to the agreed estimate. Cleaned up to the point that you would never have know they were there. Excellent work!!!

Carlos returned my calls immediately and answered all my questions in detail. His work crew was amazing: got to work immediately and finished by the end of the day. The end work was beautiful. Completely tore off the entire garage roof, fixed rotten timber, even put in new gutter which was not in his contract. And, Carlos' crew also carted away all all the debris. Wish I had more work for him.

Excellent craftsmanship and the work was done quickly. They also did a few incidental side jobs for me ( removing an old antenna, etc.) at no additional cost, and these side jobs were not part of the contract. They took care to leave the job area broom clean and were careful not to disturb the adjoining rooftop.

In reference to Liberty General Construction NY, Inc.: I am very happy with the work done by this company. Carlos and his crew were punctual, friendly, hard working and attentive to details. They installed a completely new flat roof along with the necessary gutter and down spout work in a little less than two days. Though there were some minor language problems, but they were not insurmountable. I definitely recommend this company.

Liberty ripped up 58years of multiple layered tar down to the original wood on a 1800 sq. ft. flat roof. They modify the skylight and lay down a beautiful new roof. I am not a roofer but I am a contractor in a different field. I have to say I like the way these guys work. Clean job. I recomemd Carlos and his crew to anybody.
