Saiful and his team at Express Construction did a wonderful job on roofing and masonry work and exterior painting required for our brownstone. The finished exterior of the house looks great.

I had hired Express Construction for an exterior renovation project for my upper west side townhouse/brownstone. I found Saiful (the owner) and his staff to be resourceful, pleasant to interact with and sincere. It was a large project that required rebuilding a chimney, fixing water leaks through out the property (it's a 100 year old building), straightening exterior walls, building an exterior drainage system for rainwater, tiling work on the balconies and painting the entire exterior of the house. Saiful and his team did a thorough job, found on the fly solutions to difficult problems and were a pleasure to deal with. I would not hesitate to hire Express Construction for my next project.

I needed masonry work done on an exterior chimney and contacted Angi for referrals. I chose Express Construction after meeting with Saiful and getting an accurate estimate. He advised me about the proposed job, gave me options and an expected timeframe. I am happy to say that it was a wonderful experience. Saiful and his team were courteous, prompt and very hardworking. They arrived on time, explained each step of the process, and cleaned the job site each day before they left. I’m very impressed by the quality of their work. They did the masonry grinding, then power washed the entire rear exterior of the brownstone. After all the cement work was completed and dried they applied thorocoat and painted the window frames and cornice. The employees were all polite and efficient in their approach to my home. I fully intend to contact them for any future projects and highly recommend them”.
